Reallly very bad staff.i came to counter and waited atleast 25 minutes all staff was jst looking at me but no one came to serve me even when i called them that i need help to order they just said to order from kiosk.like seriously this is how they serve customers.

TRASH location. Curbside service may as well be a parking lot, they‘ll have you wait for 20 minutes before you’re forced to come inside and get your order. And the orders are almost always messed up. Unless you have half your day to waste, don’t come here.

Unfortunately, it did not live up to my expectations. I was really looking forward to trying their dishes, but I was quite disappointed by the quality of the food.

First off, the freshness just wasn't there. The ingredients tasted stale, and it seemed like the food had been sitting out for a while before being served. I expected a lot more given the reputation of this place. It's clear that fresh, quality ingredients are not a priority, and that’s a major letdown.

Additionally, the flavors were lackluster and bland. I had hoped for a rich and satisfying meal, but instead found myself wishing I had chosen somewhere else. Given the price point, I expected a much higher standard in terms of both taste and freshness.

Overall, I’m sad to say that I won’t be returning l. There are plenty of other places that offer fresh and delicious food, and it's hard to justify visiting again with the experience I had.

This has to be the worst run McDonald's I've ever been to. How basic is no salt on fries and a plain burger? IMO the workers do it on purpose. Management doesn't give a @#$% either. Take your business to Jack, BK or in n out. Been to those never had one mistake. But this McDonald's is run by rookies. This McDonald's sucks.

Ordered a Happy Meal with sweet and sour sauce, along with other food for the adults in the group. Asked for extra ketchup packets on the side. Ketchup packets were placed in the Happy Meal but sweet and sour sauce was missing. This has happened multiple times and it's annoying having to re-check the order and bother the overly busy employees with a silly request for sauce.

They short change you on fries and sometimes McNuggets. Their drinking water dispenser breaks down and they don’t have an alternative. They won’t even give you a cup so you can get some ice and melt it in your mouth. Their service is super slow. You wait at the front and no one comes out to check on you for like five minutes. I just wanted some ketchup, because my order of large fries (like 3/4 filled) didn’t come with any ketchup packets. There is no ketchup pump anywhere. Ugh… I only come here because it’s close to my kids’ school. If I had time I’d take them to a different location. Obviously In-n-Out is much better food, but my kids like McD’s and we don’t have time to drive out to In-n-Out between school and their sports practices.

Food was okay. Tried the new Chicken Big Mac here. A bit sloppy, but not bad. Could be location. Challenging part was not everyone speaks English. Also seem to be more interested in socializing than working.

I missed one item, but they refused to give me a refund and asked me to come back to get the item. It is so ridiculous. Why do I have to pay for their fault???

Yet another understaffed McDonald's. Waited in the drivethru pickup (after going through the drive thru line) for 20 minutes and they forgot about my order. Only 2 workers in the back that I could see running around handling everything. It isn't hard to figure out why McDonald's is shedding customers.
