Place is terrible, always forgetting items in orders and portions size for drinks is absurd. Literally ripping people off. Lrg Smoothie came 3/4 full. Why get the large if you only get the med size amount?

This is normally a quiet McDonalds, but today it was absolutely swamped. The drive thru queue was spilling out onto the street and inside wasn't much better. It took me half an hour to get my mobile order. Staff seemed stressed, but not rude. If the app had an option to cancel I would have, I was about to walk out without my food.

I ordered a cone and discovered that it had been served using two cones stuck together, and the inner cone still had paper inside. I almost ate it. When I brought it up, the manager said it was ‘common,’ which was frustrating because this is clearly a handling mistake, not something normal. I’m really disappointed with the way the manager handles this issue. I really hope this location pays more attention to food prep and customer safety.

This location used to be great. The employees here now are lazy and enjoy being slow and providing bad service. It's a shame.
They just put a small smoothie in for a medium and when I asked for an actually medium they just added water in the back. It comes out of machine with a certain thickness, it's not watery like soda. They should be fired immediately.

They let me take my bike inside to reach the patio and eat with it out there! Thank you for that! Also the bathrooms did not need a passcode which was helpful. I’ll definitely be back if I’m in the area!
