Had the prosciutto chicken sandwich and it was amazing. An even better testament: ate the left over the next day and it still tasted good.
Great service, great food
Love they can make any sandwich a salad
Came here for the first time with our pup and had the best experience. The servers were SO nice, not just to us but to our pup too, which honestly made our day. They brought her water and gave her lots of love. Food was great, vibes were super relaxed, and we felt really taken care of. Definitely coming back. They also have draft beer
We were there for a long time after the meal
The service was nice
I love Mendocino Farm's sandwiches so much. They're all unique items I've never seen anywhere else, and they're sooo rich in flavor. Portion sizes are usually enough. I do wish they were a bit faster with the cooking time, but I just make sure to order before I leave home so I don't have to wait in a long line. My only real complaint is there drink options aren't very good.
The salads are expensive but yummy
fresh , flavorful and never boring. my goto healthy lunch
Got this for take out and it was delicious. For seeming healthy, it all tasted great and the combinations of flavors were good. Their quinoa salad was great and I would get it again.
Great healthy and tasty food! When dining in you need to scan the QR code on the table to inform them of your location - awkward and inefficient. Food is satisfying though!

The Mountain View Mendocino’s Farm is a popular location in a chain in the San Antonio complex where there is plenty of seating and restaurant to choose from, but we still ended up going to Mendocino Farms. The ambiance with so much seating and barely anyone there for dinner(I think it is more busy during lunch) it was the perfect spot to eat. The menu had lots of veggie options which was perfect for my vegetarian mom and the food seemed really fresh. We ordered a Guava Lemonade, Tomato Soup, Chimichurri Steak and Bacon Sandwich, and The Modern Caesar Salad!
Starting with our bev. The guava lemonade was really good. It tasted super fresh and you could even feel some guava seeds at the bottom of the drink. It was tart and refreshing and they filled our drink to the brim. The Chimichurri steak and bacon sandwich was also quality. The Chimichurri was oddly really sweet and the steak was a little tough, but the dish still tasted amazing with all of its elements( the bacon, the sauces, and the roll). The salad though I wasn’t able to try was also really good with little crunchies that were unique. It didn’t seem like anything special, but the ingredients all looked fresh and delicious. The tomato soup pasty was subpar. There was no wow factor it was just plain tomato soup. There didn’t seem to be any salt added so the soup was kind of sweet and sour which I didn’t enjoy however with some bread it tasted a lot better.
Overall, Mendocino Farms for its affordability(all of the dishes and drinks I described ended up being $45), pretty good tasting food, and great ambiance I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others and hope to come again.
Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie salads, sandwiches, and sides. All are pretty healthy too.

Salads and sandwiches alike are over dressed. Asked for light dressing and it's way way too much still. If that's their idea of "light", I'd hate to see regular or heavy dressing.
One of our party asked for their sandwich in salad style and still got the sandwich. New system of scanning a barcode at the table and entering your order number so they can locate you is a disaster. Took 25 minutes for orders to be delivered and people who ordered later got their food sooner.

I love this location and this chain! Yes, it’s a chain but each restaurant seems to serve high-quality, fresh food and for that, I am grateful.
Favorites here are the chicken sandwich (if I feel like a sandwich) or the superfood salad (if I feel like a salad). Both have added crunch, so I love the texture!
Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian salad options + impossible “meat” sandwiches.
Parking: Parking lot in front but the plaza can get crowded so you may need to circle once to find a spot.
Kid-friendliness: The sandwiches may appeal to kids but they don’t have fries or nuggets or whatever is considered more kid-friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp outside of the restaurant and inside is also accessible.

Fresh tasting and healthy options for lunch. Service is quick. Plenty of space to sit indoor and outdoor. Parking can be challenging.
