The quinoa millet salad has un(der)cooked millet as hard as rocks, could have been delicious if not for this inedible nature. In a separate order, missed one item.Your food is fresh and delicious but haunted by major misses here or there, a pity.

Drooling! I am a sucker for a well made salad, and they definitely have a great standard setI do see myself being a frequent buyer!

This is a GREAT sandwich & salad restaurant. I absolutely love their Caprice sandwich. The food is very reasonably priced too. We go to this restaurant often.

Overpriced $16 sandwich, not great. Server when I asked for a pesto salad didn't seem to know what I was talking about. But, the Thai sweet potato soup was very delicious.

Mismanaged location, very poorly trained staff, exceedingly slow service every time. Staff using tables as office. They don't call out your name when food is ready and just wander aimlessly.

One of my favorite salad places! Lots of tasty and healthy salad options, with generous slices of high quality chicken. My favorite salad is the Avocado Quinoa. Recommended!

Good place to grab a quick lunch. The staff was friendly and my order was out pretty quickly. Made it a great grab and go spot.

Good food. friendly staff. I really enjoyed my Thai chicken sandwich and my lemon chicken farro soup.

Really solid lunch place. My go to is usually the roasted beets and goat cheese salad. I recently experimented with their holiday Turkey sandwich and it was solid. All in all I recommend checking mendo farms out if you are looking for a healthy, affordable meal.

I went around 8:30 and got no service. The website said that they close at 9 so I thought it would be okay but they were basically shut down and no one would take my order. I understand being tired and that closing sucks but if you are planning on closing at 8:30, I feel like the respectable thing to do is to change the hours to 8:30. Very disappointed because I love the salads here.

The food quality at this location has dropped dramatically recently. I ordered the chicken parm dip. There was no basil in it (it’s part of the ingredients in the menu) and no sesame on the bread and the taste was terrible. I used to eat at this location frequently but I will not go there anymore. I’m not sure if that is an issue with this location only or Mendocino farms in general.

Great service, great vibes. Every food I have tried is delicious but the catering sliders are amazing.

5 stars for great tasting healthy-ish food-1 star for serviceIf you think this is a quick take out salad/sando place while you're working, just forget about it. You'd probably get through SFO immigration line faster than you'd get your food here. The manager in charge behaves like an ass clown screaming "it's going to be another 30 min for online orders" and "don't touch the to go bags" as he places the names of the bags in awkward positions so no one can read the names. Meanwhile there are, no joke, at least 20 of us waiting for orders that we all placed at a minimum of 60 min ago. I'm quite sure 60 min is enough time to prepare one salad and have it ready for pick up. Here's are some tips:1. Highlight the name on the ticket because it's difficult to find the name2. Don't accept orders if you can't fulfill them in one hour3. Don't treat your customers like poop because they will write horrid reviewsDear Ass Manager - if you were better at your job, you wouldn't be in such dire straits. Straighten up or GTFO. Sincerely,Never returning to Los Altos location customer again. PS the Campbell Mendocino Farms is more crowded and more organized so kudos to that team.

I was in town for a work meeting and needed a quick lunch delivered to my hotel since the meeting didn't kick off until the evening I arrived. Doing what I do here on Yelp I discovered Mendocino Farms and the salad offerings sounded so mouth watering that I said I didn't need to look any further and we had them delivered via DoorDash. I won't even front, upon seeing the packaging I just knew that I had been catfished and that these were premade salads that had been sitting out all morning, yet BOY OH BOY WAS I WRONG! These salads, although jam packed into the containers, were JAM PACKED WITH FLAVOR! That Banh Mi salad is probably the BEST saladI've had in my entire life both from a harmonious explosion of flavors to the freshness of the ingredients! And my friend thoroughly enjoyed their Beet and Goat Cheese salad and said the beets were sooooo fresh and the goat cheese had a bit of honey folded in which made it spectacular! I am adding Mendocino Farms to my "Must Eat" list when visiting this area because that's just how great the salads were!
