The best boba teas I have had. I love any boba tea here with the salt cheese creama topping! The pandan waffle and red bean waffle tastes super good.

Really small interior with two ordering kiosks - definitely a place for take-out only and they put up signs stating that. Their Black Milk Tea w/ boba was surprisingly solid for a place that doesn't appear to focus on milk tea boba. Their pandan mochi-waffle was not bad - had a hint of sweetness and pandan flavor. Great light crunchy exterior followed by the chewy mochi texture. Will def come back here for their milk tea and to try their other mochi-waffle flavors.

The mochi waffles were great! Was hard to integrate the strawberries with the waffles though :(. Also the croffles were kinda too crispy almost burnt.

I know they specialize in mochi waffles, but to me this place is best for their drinks! The teas are delicious and strong. The cheese foam has the perfect balance of salty and sweet. The slushies are super refreshing. I now come here mostly for drinks.

This place is totally unfriendly. Can not even serve a good coffee. All food is too sweet.

I got their strawberry iced matcha and it was bombbbbbb. Such a perfect blend of flavors. Also tried their jasmine bubble tea with honey boba and that was delicious too. Love this spot ❤️

We absolutely love mochi waffle corner, I have only tried the mochi waffles, but they're all SO GOOD! Deliciously chewy, unlike some other places we've tried, and the toppings are great. We get the boba and condensed milk usually and the Ube is great as well.Next time I'm gonna try the drinks and see how they are!

Came in for coffee originally but ended ordering also the pandan ($4.25) waffle with the ube cream sauce. Waffle has some mochi, so it’s sweet and chewy and another layer of sweet/texture change when you dip or use the ube sauce.Also got the egg coffee and the ube coffee. Both are strong but as expected for the type. Egg coffee, subtle engines and great creaminess from the custard. Ube is purple like sweet potato cream. Both recommend.They don’t have any indoor sitting but have some tables outside.

Parking: Small parking lot. Limited spaces. So it can be difficult for parking. Just depends on the time you go.

MOCHI WAFFLE CORNER IS THE GO TO. The best Asian coffees in the BAY! I always get the coconut coffee which is SO FRICKING GOOD. It has a super strong coconut and coffee flavor which I adore and the coffee jelly it comes with is delicious. We also had a couple of waffles and I definitely reccomend literally all of them. The croissant and Mochi waffles are all unique and really good. It is not just their coffees and waffles that are great the lychee mojito and lemon tea are also FIRE. Everything is so fresh and comes so fast. The service is also just amazing with the nicest and most accommodating people running the shop. They cater for large groups and also have a Snackpass so there are many ways you can get a bang for your buck. OVERALL Mochi Waffle Corner is a must try in the Bay!
