The second level Latin music DJ has a trauma with cumbias, he doesn't know another genre, he is very repetitive, he is not a DJ, he only plays music to his liking and not the audience's faith, it is difficult for him to keep the level up, he lacks street so you know that you can make better mixes with the great variety of Latin music that exists... That would generate a better atmosphere, since sometimes it seems like a wake...

Place is an absolute dump and there was bugs in the bathroom along with everyone doing illegal substances in there. The bartenders will take your money for a shot and they will pour water in their glass. The security guards are unprofessional and have no idea what they are doing. This is not a safe place. Do not go to this club! Your night will be ruined!

Great experience ringing in the New Year! Great energy (live band 1st floor and DJ second floor) and everyone working was incredibly nice. The owner Steve was super friendly and we will be sure to come back with more friends next time. I was SHOCKED to find out that a club like this could exist in Mountain View. Honestly better than most of the places you'd find up in the city.
Thank you to the owners of this place! You guys really throw down for the community during Halloween. Your restaurant pulled through for all the kids trick or treating on Castro Street. Our kids were a little sad and didn't get very much until we reached your place. Candy all over the bar and free pizza and drinks! We are SO grateful for the generosity!!

We had two women being beligerante toward our group, after raising concerns to the staff they ignored it the situation and our friend ended up getting her heat split open, allegedly they also got kicked out.... Doubt it we tried asking to press charges and got told it was pointless since the group had also been walked out. Not only could this been avoided but the staff had no regard for our safety.

The place does not accept credit card or any other payment source except cash as an entry fee. The proper vibe expected from a night club, with loud Latino music. The Halloween decor was very good. They make the best use of the crowd charging 5 dollars for a small water bottle. But the security was good and nice place to be in for a weekend party.

The security guard is unprofessional. The security guards, are very rude and disrespectful. The security guard is not allowed to beat up the customer or punch the customer. this is what the security have done to the customers in Monte Carlo nightclub. The security guards should not work there if they do not know how to appropriately do their job the right professional way. Some of the servers where even a bit rude to the customers. The servers need to learn how to treat the customers or they will loose customers. This is a place that I would never come back to ever again. Somebody needs to professionally train the security guard on how to do their job better. This place needs better customer service and better security guards.
