This restaurant has been serving delicious noodles since 1973. It's amazing.

Best Mongolian spot in the bay - been coming here for 15+ years, and it never disappoints!

Everywhere was so dirty, they don’t even clean and wipe the tables. They cook it with bunch of water and warm it up all the food item so nothing’s actually cooked. That was the worst food we’ve ever had. Don’t recommend. I’m not sure they got inspection done otherwise that’s not acceptable be that nasty.

Grab two bowls and fill with stuff of your choice. Meat and vegetable selection is ok, but not comprehensive. Tofu cubes were available if desired. Adding your own sauces and seasoning is a fun touch, and there's a helpful guide on the wall. Ice cream cones are great for finishing a good meal!

Food and service was wonderful. What you see is what you get- they have the meats and vegetables labeled. All you have to do is pick up what you like and pour some of the delicious sauces ( which is labeled with their recommendations) and it is cooked right in front of you. It is a unique experience. Definitely a must for meat lovers. I also liked their ice-cream cone. Very flavorful and a delicious way to end the meal.

Buffet style with meat and vegetables. Curry sauce was a good fit but other sauces were not impressive. The meat would shrink after cooking so needed to get another round.

I'd just like to let you know they water down the soy sauce.

Good selection of meat and vegetarian options, but the cook used a lot of water, which ended up making the food a bit more bland, despite me having lots more sauce their options suggested (I guess I have to add even more next time!).

Service was really good and we got seated right away and they quickly brought out the soda we had requested (cans though, no foundation soda). Having both indoor and outdoor seating was nice, but kind of expected for Castro Street.

The prices have been increased a little too much in the past for what this place has to offer. $52 (before tips) for two people without drinks is steep for here. They should bring their price down by at least 10-15%

Food is good, staff is polite.

Food was fair. The meats were tough. The food was cooked perfectly. Make sure you try a small bowl first to see how the spices and sauces will turn out. In my opinion, the sauces are overly watered down, and I should have put much more sauces in my bowl. The staff never asked if I wanted a soda, beer, or wine. The staff never removed the empty plates or bowls. There was no chocolate sauce for the ice cream. The place was clean.
