Ocha Tea Cafe & Restaurant

The chicken batter was more karaage-like than popcorn chicken, but everything else was very standard for a taiwanese bento cafe. Portions were solidly large. The sizzling plate and hot pot looked and smelled really good, but it was way too hot for it.

Well, this is a pretty disappointed place. I’m not impressed by any of dishes. The crispy chicken is so dry and feels like it is pre-cooked and has been stored in a fridge for days. For sure I won’t come back again.

Have been coming here for years, and it’s usually really good but I had a weird experience today. It was busy so I ordered on the touchscreen and when I asked if I could have my stamp card stamped they said no because I’d ordered online. I only did that because it was busy so I wanted to save them time, so thought that was dumb. They also gave me the wrong drink.

$15 I got half a lunch box ，The portion is too small

We had oat milk peach oolong tea and fried tofu. The tofu was so crispy with a good dipping sauce and the boba was nice and soft. The service was surprisingly good, the best service I've had at a boba place ever. It wasn't too busy so they may have had extra time for the kind service

I’m sorry this place just flat out sucks. Stale menu, low quality food and tea, and smaller portions compared to other Taiwanese places in the area. I’d rather drive to SV or Cupertino where there are better options. Close down already, you’re wasting valuable retail space.

Pork chop rice with only half the pork chop. This is ridiculous. Just don't serve this anymore, since you guys feel like serving kids meal portions and charge full adult price.

Ordered from food delivered service. Ordered ground pork and mushroom rice. Only rice, no pork and mushrooms. Will never order from this restaurant again.

I order the Crispy Chicken, Assam Black Milk Tea, and BBQ Tilapia Fish Entree to go at 2024/06/28. Not wait for a long time, and everything is fine for me.
One more thing, the ordering machine is not easy to use, order on front desk, maybe faster.
