Bread is absolutely garbage. Quality control is non existent. Non sure who is baking the bread but seems to be beginners. The quality of the “conchas” is by far the worst, each time I’ve gone it’s always tasting different or looking different. Bread was good years ago not anymore.

The bolillos are not good problably they use the cheapest flour .the sweet bread some of them every time they make them smaller and smaller,and the mangonada does not have a flavor of mango only sugar and color.They used to have good mango sorbet now is only ice and sugar add it.

Just had a traditional “concha” Mexican bread !! It was soooooooo good !! Was trying to get a torta but I came late they we’re getting to close so I pick the concha ! Was the best concha I ever had in the Bay Area !
