The lay out is spacious and clean. There is a table for every one. Really nice open space counter and view of the fresh baked breads and pastries.
Great customer service and food preparation. I know people who come here personally once a week for their four cheese souffle and sandwhiches to go.
Panera offers a wide variety of goods be sure to check out their menu as I didn't know myself all of deliciousness they offer.

There error rate on orders is very high here. Maybe if we stop going for a while they can fix it. I just at something i am allergic to by mistake because they didn't give me the correct soup. They must not train their people well. Used to be good.

Food was delicious, but this is my second time eating at this location and the cashier that helped me on both occasions was extremely rude and not helpful or welcoming, she looks as though she’s very unhappy to be working here. She needs to be retrained as to her role in the customer service experience. I usually don’t judge on first visit because we all have our “off” days but it seems she has a lot of them and seems annoyed with customers who are trying to place orders.

Exceptional service, staff are consistent on making sure nothing needs extra attention, they are friendly, as a regular customer - the establishment is much like an extension of my own home. Very appreciative of the kindness from all the crew - they treat us very well. Well done.

If I could give this Panera 0 stars, I would. I cannot, with good conscience, recommend anyone go here. We ordered from the kiosk and there was no direction as to where we had to pick up our drinks. We received the text alert that our food was ready, but it took 15 more minutes of waiting at the counter for it to show up. I was handed a bag (that I'm glad I checked) that only contained half the order. When the other half was ready it was on dine-in plate instead of to-go. I asked for it to be wrapped up to go and the girl behind the counter threw (and I'm not exaggerating when I say that) the apple in the bag. When we finally sat down to eat the au jus was thick as gravy, the turkey club had huge globs of mayo (my husband through it in the trash, it was that inedible) and my salad was wilted and old with fatty, rubbery chicken. 0/10 do not recommend!

Employees, day and night, are kind and responsive. They are quick to get small drink orders out even when they are busy with a ton of sandwiches, and they communicate effectively amongst each other when another is tied up.
The food looks more consistent than a lot of other locations from over the counter, too.
