Best Panera for working/studying throughout the day. Plenty of seating locations (inside and out). Unlimited sip club is great. Service is great. Food comes out fast and fresh. Although not fancy, I really like panera’s selection of healthy affordable food. App is great for ordering and seeing clear nutritional/calorie menu information (even for customizations). Staff makes an effort to make sure tables are clean and cleared. Chill atmosphere. Feels almost like a local community hub with the variety of people coming in (families, groups of teens, elderly & middle aged, old friends catching up).

The lay out is spacious and clean. There is a table for every one. Really nice open space counter and view of the fresh baked breads and pastries.
Great customer service and food preparation. I know people who come here personally once a week for their four cheese souffle and sandwhiches to go.
Panera offers a wide variety of goods be sure to check out their menu as I didn't know myself all of deliciousness they offer.

There error rate on orders is very high here. Maybe if we stop going for a while they can fix it. I just at something i am allergic to by mistake because they didn't give me the correct soup. They must not train their people well. Used to be good.

Food was delicious, but this is my second time eating at this location and the cashier that helped me on both occasions was extremely rude and not helpful or welcoming, she looks as though she’s very unhappy to be working here. She needs to be retrained as to her role in the customer service experience. I usually don’t judge on first visit because we all have our “off” days but it seems she has a lot of them and seems annoyed with customers who are trying to place orders.
