They were so helpful and made sure I left with exactly what I wanted. Really appreciate their attitude and kindness!

This PB has delicious pastries but this place is mismanaged.... long wait, no utensils to grab pastries, staff that shows no enthusiasm for the work, no greeting, no smiling, no thank you. This franchisor needs to be audited regularly, ruining PB's good name

Every time I come to Castro Street, I stop here. Outstanding pastries and a nice atmosphere. I’m a fan of Biscoff Cookies, so I had to try one of their creations. It did not disappoint.

Clean, friendly, fast, genuinely service minded staff, and oh, no flies. So, I just went in for a Almond croissant and coffee, which are very tasty I must add, but I got a new FAV NOW....the Almond pastry, weekly bucket listed. I wonder if I can get it warmed up next time.

On July 28, 2025, at around 8:00 PM, I visited Paris Baguette. I observed multiple flies landing on the bread displayed in the case.
I requested to speak with the manager regarding this issue, but the staff stated that no manager was present and refused to address or remove the contaminated food from display.
This is a serious food safety concern, and I request an immediate inspection of the facility.

Paris Baguette on Castro Street in Mountain View is a lovely bakery café with a warm, inviting atmosphere. We visited as a family and enjoyed a variety of fresh pastries, cakes, and sandwiches. The croissants were flaky and buttery, and the fruit tarts were beautifully made.
The café is clean and stylish, with plenty of seating both indoors and outside. Tip: It gets busy during brunch hours, so visiting earlier helps you get the best pastry selection. A perfect stop for coffee, dessert, or a light meal while exploring downtown Mountain View.
This place is a joke. Every time I come, the restroom is “out of service.” Seriously? It’s a basic need. How can a café not have a working restroom? Never coming back.

The cakes and pasties are delicious! Some are worth the price and some not. Wish there was more transparency about ingredients in the food- need to ask if you want to see it.
What’s disappointing is the service. Employees don’t greet you when going up to pay, they just look at you, no smile. Nothing when they hand you your pick up order… not a great feeling. I wanted to download the app before paying but the cashier didn’t look happy to wait. There was no one else in the checkout line.

Service is great as the staff is helpful in picking out among all their sweets and the atmosphere is lively - pick a seat by the window if available to watch the people go by along Castro Street. I can't remember if there was outdoor seating.

Fast service! Fresh pastries and a huge variety. We had a chai tea that was a bit milky and low on the tea flavor, but still had a good flavor. Mochi donuts were fresh and tasty. The place is clean and can clear a line quickly.
