Unfortunately, I had a very concerning experience. I bought 3 slice of strawberry cake today, and upon opening it at home, I found mold growing on it (photo attached). This is unacceptable for a food product purchased the same day.
Food safety should be a top priority. I hope the bakery addresses this issue seriously.

The music is too loud. Asked the waiter to decrease the volume, but looks like they don’t care. Music (type, sound, and volume) especially for the cafes, should not be handled by the employees.

The food is alright, though overpriced, and though we got a very expensive cake, they refused to give use more than 10 candles, which forced us to shop elsewhere.

As reported by another user 4 months ago, there were A LOT OF FLIES on the bread. Apparently this place doesn’t care about food hygiene or safety, and decide to leave it like that after four months.

Amazing pastries and even better service! I asked for my coffee to be adjusted twice (adding milk and then reducing the sugar), and the staff were incredibly patient and friendly about it. They were so helpful and made sure I left with exactly what I wanted. Really appreciate their attitude and kindness!
This PB has delicious pastries but this place is mismanaged.... long wait, no utensils to grab pastries, staff that shows no enthusiasm for the work, no greeting, no smiling, no thank you. This franchisor needs to be audited regularly, ruining PB's good name

Every time I come to Castro Street, I stop here. Outstanding pastries and a nice atmosphere. I’m a fan of Biscoff Cookies, so I had to try one of their creations. It did not disappoint.

Clean, friendly, fast, genuinely service minded staff, and oh, no flies. So, I just went in for a Almond croissant and coffee, which are very tasty I must add, but I got a new FAV NOW....the Almond pastry, weekly bucket listed. I wonder if I can get it warmed up next time.
