Went to Alexanders on mothers day and they were all sold out. So went here for a slice of cake. Got the mango coconut for home. Took a bite and the mangos fruit pieces throughout tasted sour and I noticed they didn't look fresh. Really gross. Pretty sure it was sitting there for a while. Definitely won't come back when there's better option next door that's fresh.

I order a blueberry cake. The cake was ready on time. Service was superb. Love the taste of the cake.

Came here to get a mocha cake for a friend's birthday, cozy location in downtown Mountain View. Staff were welcoming and great service overall! They even offer piping down the bday message that I wanted and free candles !

Fresh bakeries and deserts which are great. Also, open late works nicely after dinner to get some deserts! However, WiFi / internet is flaky and very slow! Download speed is 21Mbps and Upload speed is 20Mbps which are lower than most coffee shops! :(

First time trying Paris Baguette. I love the vibes on the inside! This is the perfect place to bring a laptop and get some work or studying done. The pastries are in a tall display case, and you walk down the line placing the ones you want on a tray. It's easy to feel like the person behind you is rushing you, but rest assured everyone was marveling at the options trying to decide. The service was very fast due to the lunchroom line style of serving. I ended up getting the Almond Pastry, Croissant, Sugar Mochi Donut, and Chocolate Hazelnut Latte with Nutella. The Almond Pastry was my favorite. It was nice and flaky and perfectly sweet with a delicious almond creme in the middle. The almond flakes on top added a nice texture to it, and were perfectly toasted. The Sugar Mochi Donut was nice and light in flavor and not too sweet which I enjoyed. The Mochi was soft and bouncy and had a great chew. The Croissant was my least favorite pastry, it was over baked and tasted a bit like burnt cheese. The Chocolate Hazelnut Latte with Nutella was also not my favorite, I didn't really taste any hazelnut and I didn't taste any Nutella at all, it just tasted like a latte with sugar. I ended up going back and getting my go to Chai Latte. It wasn't my favorite either. The Chai flavor was very light and tasted a bit watered down but with milk. Overall, I'm glad I tried this place. I love pastries and will always pop in a shop of if I pass by one.

This review is for their online cake ordering. I ordered a Blueberry Chiffon cake for a family occasion and it was a breeze to pick up. The online ordering form is straightforward and you can pay via card or Apple Pay. Park in the public lot behind Paris Baguette (Lot 6) and walk through the breezeway. The cake is advertised to serve 10, but I think it could easily serve 12. The cake was beautiful and I especially enjoyed the fluffy and well-flavored whipped cream.

I always drop by when visiting the mountain view downtown, the pastries are affordable compared to the ones nearby, and super delicious too! There's so much to try, from cakes to donuts to sandwiches!

Worst customer service and terrible staff attitude. They are so full of themselves and are not at all thankful for your business. Manager displayed worst behavior when we were in store celebrating a birthday, and they still had some time before closing. Made us feel as if we were being kicked out of the business. Not going there again and won’t recommend spending money to get insulted.

Worst customer service ever. Very rude staff. Reached there 15-20mins before closing and didn’t get any warnings from them until we made payments, as soon as we sat to celebrate a bday the manager stands on our head and starts asking us to leave as they are closing while we still have 5mins before closing. Will not waste money on such business no matter how good the food is. Customer service at its worst.

I arrived with my family at 9:40 pm to celebrate my father's birthday, only to find the staff hastily wrapping up tables despite the store closing at 10. The manager and all staff members displayed rude behavior, giving off the vibe that they wanted us to leave as quickly as possible. Extremely disappointed with the lack of hospitality and professionalism.

Every time I go to downtown Mountain View I always make sure to stop by the Paris Baguette to get a sweet treat! They have a lot of options, not just baked goods, such as cake, sandwiches, and smoothies, and so far I've enjoyed all I've tried. The workers seem nice and and the ambiance is great, would definitely recommend trying the souffle cheesecake!
