If you are looking for great food and an awesome atmosphere this is the spot. Right in the heart of Mountain View. I order the salmon and a lemon drop. My waiter was responsive and very friendly. We were seating easily and go to enjoy our night. I would highly recommend this place if you are in the area and want to relax.

You'd think a steakhouse could cook a piece of meat right. Not Paul Martin's. I ordered a prime rib medium rare and got a slice that was gray most of the way through. That's well, not medium-rare. They replaced it with a slice that was deep red all the way through. That's extra-rare, practically blue, not medium rare. The manager comped my meal after I opted not to try for a third plate because I didn't want to keep playing Prime Rib Roulette with whatever clown they had in the kitchen.

I frequent this special place often as I like the good mood that is exist in this restaurant. The personel is highly friendly and skilfull. The service is certainly rapid. Not to mention, the food they prepare is perfect. I ate there often and I was never disappointed. The payment is modest. I highly recommend this place to to everybody.

I have been to other Paul Martins before. This is the first at this location. Our waitress was very attentive, the salad were great, my fried chicken was excellent, the crust was light and portions were filling.

Ordering by phone to pickup food has become very frustrating. It's not clear whether I am speaking to someone at the restaurant, or perhaps an offsite call center, but the following has happened the last 3 times I've called in an order: 1. There is a ton of background noise, and the person answering the phone can't hear me. This results in me repeating my name and order 3-5 times per call, which is aggravating. 2. The person answering the phone has shaky command of the English language, and struggles to communicate with me. We go around and around as I try to understand what they are saying. 3. The restaurant gets at least one item per order wrong (for example, despite requesting it 3 times on the phone, the restaurant did not remove bacon from our salad. Due to religious restrictions, this means it cannot be eaten by my family). Please organize your order-taking over the phone so the person taking the order can communicate effectively with the customer, and is located in a place where the background doesn't sound like a party on a Jumbo Jet revving its engines to take off.

Fantastic menu of quality food and ingredients. From salads to American classics like burgers, you won’t be disappointed. Parking can be a little tight but it’s worth it! Check it out for lunch if you want to avoid crowds.

First time at the restaurant. My reservation was for 7:30pm. I checked in at 7:23pm and was not seated until 7:40pm. Other than that, I enjoyed the food. Dessert, you could make the shortbread cookie a little larger.
Came here for their HH. $9 for an old fashion, $7.50 for a mojito and $16 for a glass of pinot noir. Ordered their buffalo cauliflower and it was nice and spicy. On the other hand, their steakhouse with fries and gravy wasn't all that good. The shredded steak was tough with barely little gravy. Bread was not served unless you asked for it. The server we had was a bit rude and was frustrated that we kept ordering food and drinks (isn't that what they are paid to do plus more tips for you buddy).

The french onion soup and clam chowder were both very good. The fried chicken dinner came with 6 pieces of evenly sized (so they fry in about the same time) and perfectly seasoned chicken. The Mexican corn side dish was very tasty with a little heat. The highlight of the meal was the butter cake. You must try, but be prepared to do some extra time on the treadmill to burn it off.
