This isn't a peets. It's a specialty's. I moved from the bay area 3 years ago... I remember specialty's as a pretty good place to get business lunches delivered. But very disappointed in staff here. They've got a couple different places to order and prepare food, sent me in a complete circle as people as staff seemed disorganized. After ordering a coffee, Notice the coffee station read empty. I asked if they were brewing any fresh coffee, the lady insisted the station was full with fresh coffee. I proceeded to fill my cup about 25% and then it ran out. I pointed this out, and after much surprises, she agreed to bring some more coffee. She then went ahead stocking supplies for a good three or four minutes, before coming back and asking what I needed. I reminded her it was a cup of coffee, which she then delivered. Cmon...

Update: I have now gotten sick here THREE times, I am truly done giving this place a chance. (Again, it is right near my work so kept trying it.)

Wow! What a wonderful place to have a fast cheap lunch. I ordered the Napa walnut sandwich! It was flavorful, sweet, crunchy, and slightly salty. The bread was nice and soft. I got a bottled juiced, chips and sandwich for $13! The service is also very face and efficient! The atmosphere is very welcoming! I recommend this place!!

Doesn't honor Peet's gift cards. Tried one of Specialty's choco chip cookies and they had ruined it with too much sugar. Tasted worse than cheap Costco brand chocolate chip cookies
The coffee and foods were tasty and yummy.
Good coffee and tea variety, cozy place, I would recommend
Always great coffee to sip on
nice coffee shop and Some good food.
Love the coffee and they're friendly
Place is good, but cappuccino is too bitter and milk foam is not properly prepared
not a real peets. Coffee was burnt.
The best stop before job! Fast and quality service!
Great customer service and a pleasant environment.
Really like your Coffee
