I had a very good experience at this Thai restaurant overall. I ordered the meatball pho and it was great. The prices were fair for the quality, which makes it a great value.

The service was friendly and attentive, although I have to say the atmosphere of the restaurant wasn’t particularly warm or inviting. Despite that, the good food and solid service made up for it. I’ll definitely come back again.

This place is a neighborhood gem! We keep coming back to Pho Avenue for its wonderfully fresh and flavorful food in a relaxed, casual setting. The staff is always so welcoming (Vin and Lisa, in particular, are great!), which makes every visit a pleasure.

A huge plus is their dedicated vegetarian menu section, with plenty of delicious and vegan-friendly choices. My go-to order is the #17 Vermicelli Noodle with Tofu. Pro tip: For a little extra, I swap the fried egg roll for their amazing vegetarian summer rolls.

If you’re craving something more spicy, try the #16. White Rice - Chilli Lemongrass Tofu Spicy.

Just a heads-up: parking in the area can be tricky during peak lunch times, but it's always been worth the effort for us. Highly recommend!

Good pho, but not quite as flavorful as others. Served quickly and very satisfying. Exactly what I needed after a long work day. Lots of folks get take-out here, but there are plenty of booths inside.

Great tasting Vietnamese food. The place is a bit rundown tho so don't expect anything fancy or a super clean place but if you're after an authentic tasting Vietnamese food, this place ia a good choice.

I am a regular here. Best spring rolls in Santa Clara County, and I don’t have *exhaustive* experience, but I’ve tried enough to not want to try any more! Calling in an order is quick and painless, food is ready in a flash, customer service is always pleasant. Excellent all around!
Last time I checked, there were no public bathrooms, though. Not worth deducting a star, just something to be aware of. Parking lot is small, but I’ve never had trouble getting a spot.

Clean and tidy. Just the pho fell a bit short of my taste. I'd say 4.5 stars

Service was terrible. Specifically, the male waitor. Came in. Sat down. A few other tables came in after us and the waitor (bald dude) completely ignored me voicing I’m ready to order. He went to the other three tables. After about 10 mins, we walked out.

It was the worst Vietnamese food my family and I ever had!! We ordered shrimp fried rice and it came cold and hard. It looks and tastes like, a leftover rice that didn't get reheated. The fried tofu was cut into very small cubes. I reordered another tofu and it came out not fully fried. We also got vermicelli shrimp and beef that we didn't even touch as the chopped lettuce is brown and old.
I mentioned to the owner how unsatisfied we were yet she didn't say a word. So sad that I brought my family here. Never again.
