Pho Hoa + Jazen Tea - Mountain View

Me and my wife enjoy Calamansi with mango bits drink! It is a refreshing, tasty drink with fruit bits to chew. We order it half sweet.

I went to the Mountain View location. Food was delicious. I am not Vietnamese so I can not speak to the authenticity of the Pho, but I found it delicious. They do pick up, carry out, and out door dining.They also sell fruit teas, milk teas (with boba), fruit smoothies and fruit slushies.I had a number 100. That was a regular size pho (I chose #12 from the pho selection) and a regular milk tea (I chose a Coconut Thai Milk Tea). I found it reasonably priced (approx $20 out the door).The food came in plastic containers to go and they delivered it to me on the patio. Place was clean and many other venues near by.I am posting pics, but I forgot to take pics of my food. I didn't see the hours of operation but online it states they are open until 10 pm.

This has happened twice already. I've order a berry Blossom drink with rainbow jellies. NEVER get the rainbow jellies but get charged for them. I called and person on the phone hung up on me and then would send me to voice message. Not very good customer service.

I tried calling three times because they're missing items (mainly vegetarian and vegan options) on their DoorDash menu. Did not pick up, so I went to the place just to check and they were in stock of all the items. They just stared at me through the door and continue to not pick up their phone...while they're open..I just wanted to place an order.

I like Pho Hoa chain a lot. Great pho for a decent price with a good chicken option and beef options.

Pho is good. Maybe 6/10 and 10 being made at home with family and not msg.

Finest food, super nice employees, always great atmosphere. They charge reasonable prices and the food quality is excellent. Keep it up.

Food comes out quickly and hot. Sometimes understaffed in front so table cleanliness and service can be less than stellar. Not too pricey. Good assortment of boba / fruit drinks.

Probably the largest portion and healthiest boba drinks you can find, what with the real fruit bits. One of my favorite places to go to for boba drinks! That being said, sometimes the wait is a bit long and customer service can be improved, and you cannot customize anything like ice level, or sugar level, etc... I do like how it’s a part of a pho place!

Had dinner around 6pm on a Tuesday. Relatively slow for the front of house. Still they only had 1 person handling cashier, bussing, making drinks. Dishes stacked up from finished tables, table service was nonexistent, food came out quickly and fairly well done. Expect a food court experience while dining in.
