I called on last Saturday afternoon to ask if they were opened they said yes open on Friday to Sunday. On the same evening we ordered dinner online and paid by credit card. We got email Confirmation pick up time 6.45pm. We went to pick up our food but the restaurant was closed! So no dinner but yet they charged us. We went back today to ask for refund the staff confirmed they were closed early last Saturday but refused to give us refund and did not want to call the manager. The staff also used F word on my husband! What kind of service is this? We will have to dispute through our credit card. I wanted to help SB owners and eat locally yet received this kind of bad service. Please Do not go there.

I came solely for their door dash service. I don't know why they bother to be listed as an option and allow me to fully process an order just for it to be cancelled halfway through my wait due to the store suddenly closing. This is my 2nd day in a row dealing with this! I assumed sincd they were on the app earlier today, they were for sure open. Each time, I had to pay for another order while waiting the few business days it takes to get my original payments back. They need to fins a way to remove themselves from third party delivery sites if they do not plan on actually following through with their orders.

I went to the Mountain View location. Food was delicious. I am not Vietnamese so I can not speak to the authenticity of the Pho, but I found it delicious. They do pick up, carry out, and out door dining.They also sell fruit teas, milk teas (with boba), fruit smoothies and fruit slushies.I had a number 100. That was a regular size pho (I chose #12 from the pho selection) and a regular milk tea (I chose a Coconut Thai Milk Tea). I found it reasonably priced (approx $20 out the door).The food came in plastic containers to go and they delivered it to me on the patio. Place was clean and many other venues near by.I am posting pics, but I forgot to take pics of my food. I didn't see the hours of operation but online it states they are open until 10 pm.

Just absolutely terrible. I have been eating Pho almost all my life from all around the globe and this place served me the most tasteless "bowl" of pho I have ever consumed. I understand the pandemic stuff going on but I asked to eat out on the street at one of their tables and got all my food as if I was taking it to go. I added everything I could to this bowl and just could not bring a taste bud to dance. There was, however, a good size serving of meat but yet that was bland and tasted just like meat and water. We ate just around the corner on Monday and it was very tasty. We decided to try and help our these business's but instead walked away leaving at least half a bowl of soup and the entire green tea drink. That was just as bad and tasteless. I even bother another patron and asked him how he liked the pho and he also added that it was not good at all. Do not recommend.

Well this is terrible! Now I wish I would've looked at the Yelp Reviews & their HealthScore which isn't anything it's just N/A! Like are you kidding me ? So I ordered food for my mother & I and it was the same meal (Vegetarian Pho) and as my mother takes her food out to get ready to eat it she finds a baby bug inside of her Meal! This is all around disgusting & very disrespectful especially since it's Covid, you'd think you'll actually receive food that was handled with care but NO! Now I'm thinking did my Pho have anything in it ? I'm very disappointed because I order from this company for years now & this is my first bad experience I expected to continue to have a great experience! Guess not..... I'd like if the owner or someone to reach out about this because I want a Full Refund for my meal! I spent $37.91 I expected so much better, this is literally a health hazard Email: [email protected]

This has happened twice already. I've order a berry Blossom drink with rainbow jellies. NEVER get the rainbow jellies but get charged for them. I called and person on the phone hung up on me and then would send me to voice message. Not very good customer service.

Not sure why all the low reviews. We did takeout and we had no issues. We were going to the Santa Clara one but this one is much closer and same service. Not to mention they have a buy one get one 1/2 off reg or lrg Pho only at this location currently!

I tried calling three times because they're missing items (mainly vegetarian and vegan options) on their DoorDash menu. Did not pick up, so I went to the place just to check and they were in stock of all the items. They just stared at me through the door and continue to not pick up their phone...while they're open..I just wanted to place an order.
Love Pho noodle soup especially this place in Castro st Mountain View area. Highly recommended for my friends and relatives

We ordered Pho Hoa via DoorDash. Expected delivery time was 11:15-11:30am. They cancelled our group order at 11:22am. Disappointing that they didn't have the courtesy to cancel beforehand so that we'd have time to order somewhere else.

Noticed this place has a very low rating but I suggest you give them a try. Came today with some of my girlfriends and had pho and we all enjoyed our food. During the covid time it's important for us to support local businesses, restaurants, childcare centers, and more.
