Not easily accessible, you have to park and walk into a business complex. The owner male was talking about politics and using profanity. This place definitely gave the vibe if you’re not a regular don’t come and eat here. 😬my food was ok kind of strange flavors, like coleslaw in tuna🤷🏻‍♂️

We were passing through and looking for a lunch spot off 101. Plaza Deli Cafe was the highest rated place for miles, and I'm so glad we trusted the reviews! Sriracha panini was perfect, the chocolate brownies were made from scratch. Best of all, Sam the owner and his wife were delightful and friendly, gave us great recommendations for what to see at our end destination. Great food, great people!

A friendly little place for lunch. Come by after a walk at the Baylands. There's parking in the office park, and signs to find the Plaza deli cafe.

They keep the food quality high -- despite fewer workers in this office park nowadays -- by posting a short menu that changes day to day, and it includes vege and vegan options.

I was there near closing time. This photo shows the menu ready for the next day.

There are tables with shade umbrellas for eating outdoors.

These guys are amazing! They catered my daughter’s graduation party and it was delicious! They were very helpful, and they did everything from set up to cleanup! Thank you!!!

Just loved the place, the quiet, the friendly smiles, and the food! Not sure what more you could want from a sandwich place.

I was blown away by the taste and quality of the food! No wonder it has stood the test of time while everything around it has been taken over by Google offices. The owner Sam is very welcoming and gracious, accommodating some special dietary requests happily. What a treasure!

Im in here waiting for my food. I haven’t tried it yet, but i have a feeling its going to taste good. However the prices are twice the price than what you see in the menu on here and the menu is half the size..the location is also kinda hidden. No problem just pointing it out😀

$30 on two sandwiches when online they say $8 each.

The wait was long considering there was no person on line when i ordered. They called my name to let me know my food was ready, but then they asked me what I ordered and that they made a mistake.. so i had to wait more time. I probably waited like 25mins all together.

I came in hungry.. i left not hungry after I received my food because of the wait. I am patient, but it looks like other people that ordered after me got their food first. It was an irritating experience. I have not tried the sandwich yet, so this review is only on my experience. The older lady working there is so cute by the way😊

Update: the sandwiches where delicious!! I hate leaving a bad review after how good it tasted, but its ok because i was honest and i don't live near so i don't have to worry about coming back.

Super awesome family owned little spot hidden away in an industrial complex. Treat yourself and stop in for a sandwich or salad that tastes like mom made it. You will be greeted with welcoming love from the family behind the counter and they will likely come sit down with you and get to know you. Hard to find a spot like this in today’s society.

I recently discovered Plaza Deli Cafe, and it's truly a hidden gem! Located within walking distance of my office, this charming deli cafe has earned the nickname "secret cafe" among my colleagues because it's not easy to find without GPS. Despite its discreet location, it's a popular lunch spot, even rivaling the cafe on our campus. What sets Plaza Deli Cafe apart is its delicious food and the warm, family-owned atmosphere. Sam, the owner, is incredibly friendly and accommodating. My personal favorite is the chicken pesto panini with sun-dried tomatoes. I once asked Sam if he could substitute pepper jack cheese for mozzarella, and he happily crafted a custom sandwich that exceeded my expectations? The bread used in their paninis is soft and crispy, creating the perfect texture. And let's not forget about their hot sauce – it's hands down the best I've ever had. It's heartwarming to support a local business like Plaza Deli Cafe, where you not only enjoy fantastic food but also experience genuine hospitality. Five stars for this hidden gem, and I encourage everyone to discover the delights of this delightful deli cafe!

Not closed when I was there June 2023. Friendly, awesome staff even offered to feed me when I remembered I lost my wallet on a flight that day. I found I had cash, but the gesture was as kind as the food was good. Pesto chicken panini with aragula was perfect savory and little bit of spice for effect.
