Great quality fish. Salmon is the best here, tuna is ok, shrimp/tako is good too. Toppings are fresh and good environment. Worth the premium price tag

Food: both of our poke bowl’s fishes tasted a bit bitter, not sure why.

Vibe: it smelled stinky inside

Absolutely terrible. Never again.

Only went here because Sushi Boat was closed - huge mistake.

Got a massive bowl that was mostly brown rice (no white rice option??). The salmon was completely flavorless - so bland I had to add salt at HOME. How do you mess up seasoning this badly? Only ate the spicy tuna because the salmon was inedible.

Paid extra for sauces that weren’t included. Even the miso soup was weirdly unsalted.

The crab salad was decent, but that's not saying much when everything else was a disaster.

The workers were friendly and the place looks modern inside, but the food quality is inexcusable. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

Got food poisoning from this place. Very skittish with the amount they are giving. Ordered a large, but the bowl was only half-filled.

There is no salt shaker in this place. The staff are moody, rude and not helpful.

Overpriced for what you get. Both the quality and portion size fall short of justifying the cost.

I recently visited Poké House and had a very disappointing experience. I chose a small bowl and was initially offered crab meat. I agreed and then asked for salmon, which they added. When I said that was enough protein for me, the staff insisted I needed to choose three proteins, which I found very confusing. No one informed me that only one protein was included in the base price. I only realized that the other two proteins came with an extra charge when I saw the total on the screen at the checkout — by then, my bowl had already been made, and it was too late to change anything.

At the checkout, I encountered a very rude staff member who didn’t greet me or make eye contact. She quickly entered my order, saw that I had cash, and called another staff member named Polina. Polina also did not greet me, took my money without saying a word, and handed me the change in a very brusque way. Then, another staff member threw the receipt onto the counter without even looking at me. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I thought about sitting outside, but all the tables were dirty, so I left.

Later, I returned to ask for a plastic lid for my bowl since I had to travel far. The staff completely ignored me, so I had to reach over the counter and take the lid myself. It was right there on the counter, and they made no effort to assist me.

Overall, the service was extremely unprofessional and made me feel very unwelcome. I won’t be returning.

Food was okay but the place stinks.

Thank you because it was the best poke we had. We don't have poke of such good quality in France unfortunately because there is more rice than protein or vegetables.
