This is my first time coming to posh bagel and I really enjoyed it. I think it was the manager ringing me up and she was very pleasant, polite and professional. I'm a manager myself and I like watching her run her shift and she was doing an amazing job juggling the crowd and all the orders. I'll definitely be coming back whenever I'm in the area.

I had a terrible experience at this bagel shop about a year ago while doing DoorDash. The staffâespecially the manager or employee with thick eyebrowsâwas extremely rude and treated me with disrespect just because I was a delivery driver, not a paying customer. It was clear she looked down on me, and it left a really bad impression. No one deserves to be treated that way, no matter their role. I highly recommend people avoid this placeânot worth supporting a business that shows such arrogance.

Tried to give Posh bagel another chance since it is right next to my home. The bagels are not bad. Unfortunately, the rude employee (Vietnamese) was still there. I saw her bullying a customer when he notified them that they had gotten the wrong bagel. She said that they ran out and he would still need to pay for it. Amazing that in spite of all the complaints on yelp and Google about this employee, they haven't done anything about her.
Customer and retailers need to treat each other with respect. Stop being a bully. Their bagels are not that special. The bagels at Rancho and Noah's are just as good. Heck, even McDonald's has a bagel sandwiches now and they are half the price.

Lox and schmear was just a blended cream cheese mix out of a container. The bagel was tasteless and a little stale. Rather poor compared to other bagel shops like, say, Noahâs where the ingredients are fresh and real (ie, smoked salmon slices, capers, etc. last time Iâll try Posh).

They added almond milk to my drink even though I never requested it nor did the cashier asked me if I wanted a different type of milk. When I asked the boss lady about this she tried to apologize and make me a new drink with a refund. However this wasnât my issue. The drink was paid for and made, whatever Iâll drink it how it is. But how are you adding charges without asking the customer first? Always also for your receipt. Boss lady did not want to understand this and got all worked up because I didnât let her remake my drink.

I went to pick up my Postmates order and when I asked if the lettuce and cucumber I had requested in the âspecial instructionsâ section was on it, I was told âyes, I put it this time, but next time you have to select it when you order because you didnât pay for it.â I explained that for the lox bagel that I ordered lettuce and cucumber was not an option for an added topping. I did not appreciate that the staff member seemingly assumed that I was trying to get out of paying for the toppings. After I had explained that it wasnât an option on the app, the staff member said that she didnât know about the app options but I needed to make sure that I selected the toppings in the future. Again, that is not possible with the Postmates or Uber Eats app (see in picture below).
Ordered toasted bagel and coffee. Order taker didn't repeat back order, had to remind her i the type of bagel, and that it should be toasted. Got untoasted bagel, cold coffee. Food preparer didn't have food service gloves on. Very bad. Bagel was awful. Will never go back

I've been a loyal customer of the Los Altos store for years, consistently receiving exceptional service from their attentive and friendly staff. However, my experiences at the Mountain View location have been disappointing, including my visit today. When I inquired about the ingredients in the everything bagel and hummus, the employees responded with extreme rudeness. As a customer, knowing what's in the products is crucial, and it's alarming that they didn't know the ingredients and still treated me poorly. This lack of knowledge and customer care is unacceptable. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure a better experience for all customers.

Weâve come here for years at this point and are giving this a 5 star because of Sofia. Every time we come she has a big smile, gives us a warm welcome, and remembers our order for us. We ask for our sesame bagels extra toasted to get the caramelization of the sesame seeds which makes or breaks the bagel sandwich for us and sheâs accommodated our order from the start! Thank you so much Sofia!

The food is ok, the begals don't taste fresh. If they get your order wrong they expect it to pay the difference of the cost. Customer service here is not very fiendishly, specifically the older shortv women, she speaks to speaks to fast and can be very argumentative. Overly prices for a place where the bagsls don't taste fresh and has awful customer service. I will look elsewhere for my begal in the near future.
