The bagels are $20 for a dozen and cream cheese is separate and $5 per containers. So literally $30 for a dozen bagels with cream cheese.The staff recommended purchasing 4 cream cheese containers for 12 bagels. There was a "problem with the Internet", which caused the person at the checkout to have trouble giving a receipt, though in the end a receipt was given.Would I go back here? Based on the price, no. Would I eat bagels served from here at an event, yes. These bagels are soft.Overall value, I recommend going to Noah's bagels instead.Parking: Parking is in a parking lot, first come, first serve, next to Marshall's.

They put a couple of slices of orange in the concentrate and call it fresh OJ. Also, everything you ordered will be made directly from microwave. Two stars are only for people working here, who are really nice here.

I went to posh today and asked a simple question and got my head bit off by Chen. She says she is the manager. I asked if they can make the egg in a glass bowl in stead of plastic.?We all know plastic leaches into to our food and is not safe to ingest. She turned around several times and said if you don't like it go to house of bagels!!! The man that waited on me was kind enough to try and explain to me about the plastic and the microwave and how the plastic is a safe one. She got upset with him and repeated herself again. WOW and that is our customer service people. That's what happens when you have a manager tell you off because they don't have a boss. As we all know everyone has a higher up. I thought this to be very rude for trying to be safe!!!! Poor customer service!
I'm not big on Bagels but this was good. I had the chicken, bacon and ranch on an onion bagel. It's was very messy. But tasted fine.

The bagels are delicious, but unfortunately, the short Asian woman working at the cash register seems to lack the necessary politeness and attentiveness when dealing with customers. Several times when I tried to place an order at the counter, she appeared to be engrossed in other tasks despite seeing customers waiting. While I enjoy their bagels, I've left the store many times without ordering due to this issue. Additionally, I've witnessed a few disagreements with customers. Even though this shop is conveniently close to my home, dealing with such disrespectful service is not worth losing motivation during the day."

The disrespectful and aggressive behavior of the overly made-up short woman at the cash register left me extremely uncomfortable. As someone who had visited this place several times before, this experience was a major disappointment. Consequently, I have no intentions of returning to this establishment, nor do I recommend it to anyone else.I firmly believe that such behavior is detrimental to the business. Employees in any establishment should maintain a respectful and professional demeanor towards customers. In my opinion, this lady is not a suitable fit for this position.In conclusion, I hope that the business will soon find someone more experienced and respectful who can provide better service. Customer satisfaction is always important, and this experience has unfortunately tarnished the appeal of this establishment for me
