Kicked me out into the rain at 8am while it was empty inside. Asked politely to stand and have my coffee and they simply pointed to the sign. Extremely rude.

A true hidden gem in Mountain View. We love coming here for our Saturday morning bagel fix. The bagels are made in-house and have a fantastic texture, with some unique flavors like Swiss cheese, spinach, and jalapeño. Their homemade cream cheese is also a must-try. I'm a big fan of their Vietnamese coffee—it's got a unique blend that's unlike anywhere else. The place is simple but spotlessly clean, and the staff always wears masks. Just remember, there's no seating; it's takeout only.

Picked up two dozen bagels and spread for my crew and definitely would come back. Great service, fresh bagels, and the green onion cream cheese was really good.

The home made bagels here are fantastic, and the owner is very friendly and welcoming. My only complaint is that there still seems to be some COVID fears. There’s plenty of room for inside seating, but there are no seats inside. Also, the owner wore a surgical mask every time I was there. That wouldn’t stop me from going back, since the food is so good.

Very fresh and soft bagels.This is a family place and you will always have a 5 stars service.Coffee is very good too.Before Covid there were chairs and tables, can you bring its back ?

We regularly buy a few bagels (Jalapeno Cheese Bagel!) and the cream cheese they sell in the fridge in the back. Try the sundried tomatoes and the jalapeno cream cheese!

Awesome bagel shop, the owners are wonderful and always a delight. They even remember regular's orders! Bagels are affordable and yummy.

Found 3 different sized hairs on my bagel and inside the bag. I am not sure how they manage to drop 3 hairs in a customer's order. They need to invest in some hair nets. I wont ever be coming back to this place.
