I really like their spicy vegetable ramen! Nutritious with a lot of cabbage and bean sprouts. My go to over any other ramen place.

Good appetizers. Ramen was okay.

Shalala new shoyu tonkotsu ramen... the broth is so delicious and just perfect. I added chili and bamboo. The bowl is huge just like the picture. It came with thick udon-like ramen so make sure you pick your noodle choice. They take all precaution like wearing mask and order at the door. I ate outside at the patio.

Great food every time we've been! And quick, good service. They have a good setup and plenty of hand sanitizer out for customers. Love the buta kimchi

My whole family love love this place! I'm really hoping they will close the parking lot and offer dine-in option soon. Can't wait to return.

Incredible ramen, Shalala miso is my go-to. You can ask for minced garlic to kick it up to an even higher level. I love their karaage curry as well, I have yet to visit another restaurant that can match it.

Got some delicious takeout from Shalala during the covid fiasco. I hope they can reopen soon and have continued success. Try the Sorobo Don, it's delicious.

They're open during the shutdown and they're doing it right. Order ahead. Pickup at the door. No need to go inside. Food is so good. I branched out beyond the ramen. The gohan bowls are all very good. The chicken kaarage is good but the black pepper chicken kaarage is even better. Takeout ramen is also really good. They separate the broth from the noodles so it's not a soggy mess when you get home. Can't wait go back in.

I ordered from Doordash the Shalala Miso Ramen. It missed the soft boiled egg. The noodles all clogged together into a giant stone and were not delicious. Maybe the wait time for delivery affected its quality, but it is weird that it was not even enough for me. I have a small appetite compared to most people I know. So the food I got probably lacked both quantity and quality.

For dinner, we ordered online for pickup. The online ordering process was very easy and we were happy to see that there was a way to add a tip. We arrived at the restaurant and our order was ready at the door, handed over to us by a masked and gloved employee. When we got home, we saw that all the containers were well labeled, with the broth separated from the ingredients. We ordered three ramen bowls and they were all excellent. My wife and I ordered the Toripaitan and my son ordered the Shalala Miso. We will definitely order takeout again from Shalala and look forward to visiting in person.

Best ramen in town! Karaage is yummy too.

I regret having to post this review. Prior to ordering food, a friend recommended Shalala and I read many glowing reviews. Unfortunately, my wife and I didn't think the food was very good. Other than the broth, Shalala's Niku Moyashi Miso ramen bowl was tasteless. (I ate a portion of the bowl and threw the rest away.) Shalala's Black Pepper Karaage chicken was soggy and rather greasy. Why the restaurant provided mayonnaise as a dip for the chicken made no sense whatsoever. Imagine grease on grease. We've decided to keep searching for a decent ramen house.

LOVE their chicken karaage (Japanese soy-marinated fried chicken).

The ramen is really good. The staff were super nice and they also helped to accommodate our group is 10 even though the place is quite small.

Great ramen. I would highly recommend it, but there is always a long line.
