Used grubhub to order and apparently they only give bread and meat for $12

Pricey. But very high-quality. Had a CHICKEN CHOLULA, very tasty, a little bit spicy, enjoyed it. If you get the clam chowder (which is great), they’ll give you toasted pieces of sourdough with it. But if you rather have soft instead of toasted pieces of sourdough, just ask them.

I am so in love with this place! It’s a bit far from me but worth it every time. I am a huge clam chowder fan. Ever since I was little, it’s honestly the only soup I eat. I feel like this is the best clam chowder you will get outside of SF. Same goes for the sourdough. How is it soooo good?!

Their sourdough bread is fantastic! Tried the cracked pepper turkey (#9) sandwich today and absolutely loved it. A great place for lunch or dinner. Will be back soon.

It's in little strip mall near Saint Francis High School. I had never heard of Sourdough and Co (it's a chain). I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean, bright, organized, smelled good, not loud, comfortable seating available. Multiple members of staff interacted with me, all friendly and attentive. And there is free WiFi. I ordered a turkey pesto sandwich on sourdough (obviously). I didn't think I was a sourdough fan, but this sourdough was nice, soft and freshly baked. And the turkey was fresh and juicy...almost shredded. Not like roasted shredded, more like chicken salad shredded. Anyway. I liked it, a lot. Everything was fresh. I bet their salads are really good. I might start having my Friday Zoom calls from there. Did I mention the free WiFi? 😉

Best family spot anytime we are in the area. Kids love both the flatbread and sandwiches. We just tried the clam chowder, and it was great.

Stopped by here for a quick meal after picking my son from his school. They recently opened in Nov '24. Great sandwiches and flatbreads. Fast and friendly service

I’ve been ordering from Sourdough & Co. for my son’s high school sports team, and they’ve been fantastic every single time. We get 15–20 sandwiches per order a couple of times a week for away games — so it’s a pretty big order — and the kids are picky, with very specific requests. Despite the complexity, the team at Sourdough & Co. handles it like pros.

They’re incredibly organized, label everything clearly, and always have the full order ready right on time. What really stands out is their communication — they ask smart questions, offer helpful suggestions, and genuinely care about getting everything right.

The sandwiches are consistently delicious (the kids love them), and the cookies have become a team favorite. Everyone I’ve dealt with there has been friendly, responsive, and just great to work with. The quality of the food is much higher than the sandwich shops we used in previous years.

If you haven’t been yet, definitely check them out. They are in the old Starbucks location in the shopping center where Safeway is. And if you order through their app, you can earn points toward free sandwiches (which adds up faster than you’d think!).

Huge thank you to the Sourdough & Co. team — you’ve made feeding a hungry group of teens way easier and way tastier!

Awesome to have this sandwich shop in Los Altos. Good people, great food easy parking. Only wish the used full lettuce leaves vs chopped.

One of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. Hard to find eggless sourdough and even the cheese was full vegetarian. Owner was present and was able to answer questions about my dietary restrictions. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a tasty and unique sandwich. And the place was spotless which is a huge plus in my book.

This location on Cuesta is where you want to be. I haven’t had the best experience at the one located on Regstorff.

Kudos Cuesta location: My sandwich was outstanding and so was the service. I asked if they could make me a tuna melt since I didn’t see it on the menu and they did. The best tuna melt in town. Yummy! 😋 I definitely will be coming back. The people that work here seem to take pride in what they do. Thank you!
