Is the food good? Yes. Is it worth supporting wage theft and mold? Absolutely not.
I’m writing this as a huge disappointment because, honestly, the kitchen and bar staff here are talented. The food is consistently amazing, and the drinks are always on point. Under normal circumstances, this would be my go-to spot.
However, I cannot in good conscience recommend Stephen Greens to anyone anymore.
As a guest, you notice things. I’ve seen visible mold in the display fridges, which is absolutely stomach-turning. If that is what they are letting customers see in the front of house, I am terrified to know what the back looks like. The place feels like a walking health code inspection away from being shut down immediately.
To make matters worse, the vibe is ruined by the management. I’ve witnessed managers being openly disrespectful to their staff in the middle of service. It makes the ambience uncomfortable and tense. Even worse, I’ve heard from reliable sources that management takes a cut of the servers' tips. That is illegal, unethical, and disgusting behavior.
It doesn’t matter how good the burger or the cocktails are—do not give your money to a business that forces their staff to work in moldy conditions and then steals their hard-earned tips.
Pro Tip: Go literally anywhere else until this place changes ownership or gets a visit from the health department.

Amazing food! Amazing Staff! Sosa and Joshua really stood out and made us feel welcome! Kirsten (manager) was very hospitable. If you come here get your food the SOSA WAY!

This is a wonderful place for a drink with friends and co-workers and is even better during happy hour. Food is reasonably priced, generously portioned, and well prepared. Carry your own hot sauce.

We went for dinner and sat at the bar. We had the Guinness beer cheese pretzels, which are very addicting. Sausage & Colcannon (mashed potatoes), Shepherds Pie. The food is really very good! Ended with an Expresso Martini.
If you're into sports, have TV'S in various spots as well as outside.

Lemon pepper wings were delicious, as were the selection of beer. Sat at the bar so service was great. Enjoyed the live music on Thursday night.

Our server was very accommodating. We sat outside and it was a bit chilly, so he lit a nearby heater, which made it much more comfortable. Food was great and loved the atmosphere. I'd go there again for sure!
