Very spacious starbucks at downtown mountain view. Plenty of outlets and tables . they also a lot of outdoor seating. Good service from the barista. I like they open till 9pm every day.

I visited this convenient location by myself on a sunny Saturday morning. Parking was easy, there was no line to order coffee, but most tables were taken, with many people sitting outside and chatting. The atmosphere was relaxing. WiFi worked connection was a little slow.

I tried to return a cup with my receipt and they told me that it had been too long. It had not been. The reciept was within the two month policy stated on the reciept. They do not know what they are doing there. Please train the staff appropriately.

They got my order wrong then slowly took 10 minutes to make an , then they lied to another customer saying it’s Starbucks policy to not give water when someone asks for it. The music is so loud that you can’t debug well since you can’t hear yourself think. A gentle homeless man who was clearly thirsty asked and they just lied to him, when it’s state law for them to offer water which every 6 year old knows. The woman was in her 70s, had dark hair with curls I’ve never seen before, an grey streak and dark glasses. I’ll be going across the street where they charge the same prices for better quality of coffee, and know how to let time down the music when it’s too loud
