. I'd prefer to purchase additional espresso from this shop on the grounds that the espresso is flavorful and the climate is acceptable. They have tracked down an extraordinary, affable, and inviting staff.
I come to this Starbucks maybe once every two weeks. I found the customer service here to vary a lot depending on who is serving. Sometimes it's super friendly, sometimes it's cluelessly chatty, sometimes it's cold shoulder nasty. For example, my child & I were there this morning. There was no one in line but I still waited a good 5 minutes before being served. First, I asked if someone can take my order & was told to wait while one person...
Always Starbucks. Criticized but always visited... A staple with for each one of them a different neighborhood feel. Starbucks is an institution, period. Coffee is better in Italy, France, Switzerland or Austria anyway...
