So far the worse experience I've ever had. These new compostable cups should not be used for refreshers. I asked for light ice in a venti cup and I took two sips and my drink is completely gone.

workers are extremely slow moving.

ordered an Americano on the app. took 25 minutes to make. at 8 in the morning when there weren't that many people. there were about 4 customers in the store and about 5 people working at the counter. most of them just seemed to be hovering around not really working the bar.

the item was made and brought to the bar at the 23 minute mark. instead of calling out the customers names when they bring mobile orders out,they just left items in the counter and started looking around the store slowly for? i don't know.

everyone moved very very slowly and had no interactions with customers. it seemed like everyone was stressed about something. the election perhaps.

Literally the worst Starbucks in the area. People seem to be constantly waiting for their orders or they're super frustrated with how long the staff is taking to make their orders. I was going to let them slide until I got yelled at for checking the drinks that were ready. Well, how the hell am I supposed to know if it's mine if you don't yell out the name or face the label towards us. You said you want us to ask you for health and safety reasons but that is way more inefficient than just simply calling out the name once you put it down. The drink ended up being mine, by the way. Y'all need to do better or get retrained on better customer service and how to work more efficiently.

I'm definitely going to avoid this location from now on since they're clearly not improving in those areas.

In this busy shopping complex, Starbucks only has 2 people working at most of the time. You have to wait 20 minutes at least for your coffee. Stupid management.
