Standard Starbucks outlet. Good location at the junction of El Monte Ave & El Camino Real. Small but adequate seating area. Open 7am to 6pm daily. This December (2023) you pay half rate for drinks on all Thursday afternoons. Common parking in shopping complex is generally available.

Not my fave Starbucks to visit. They first made my drink hot when I asked for it iced, then they remade it with regular milk instead of soymilk so now I have stomach cramps. If you are lactose intolerant, make sure they get your order right because you can’t trust them here.

Horrible customer service, I waited 20 mintues for just a small drink and the place wasn't even full. Only about 7 people. The drink was supposed to be ready at 4:35 but it's 4:50 and they hasn't gave us our drink . Once we got our drink she mugged us. She has the worst attitude, with that attitude she can go out of business. This place is terrible. Sat here for almost 30 minutes and 3 people who ordered super complicated orders after me got their drinks before me and the staff looks like they have no idea what they are doing. And to top it off they got my order wrong, but because I had been waiting so long, I just didn't care and needed to get going. Steer clear.

Mobile order experience was terrible. There is no place for you to pickup the mobile order. The staff were all busy for in store orders and not attentive for mobile orders.
We and everyone else this morning had a terrible experience. Everyone waited 10x their expected wait, online orders were waiting for 20+ minutes from what I could tell. And we waited 40 minutes for iced coffees!!!! Everyone was stressed.
