I’ve really been trying to give this Starbucks a chance because I work down the road and it’s the closest one. But my goodness, the staff is always acting as if I’m bothering them I’m always saying please and thank you and they give me stink face and try and rush me. I get it, it’s just a job and your trying to get a check and go home (I can respect that) BUT repeatedly making terrible drinks? I just don’t understand. I just got a sugar cookie latte. When they gave me the drink I was walking away and I heard the lady tell the guy “did you put only milk in that?” I didn’t think anything of it until I got in my car and tasted it. I even swirled it around because I thought maybe it needs a good mix. sure enough it’s just milk and no espresso in it. I’m not one to ask for a remake so I’m just going to toss 8 dollars away but please make this location better.

Came here for my first Pumpkin Spice Latte of fall and enjoyed the nice space. The cheese danish was also tasty. Friendly staff, relatively quick. The restrooms were clean, although having the sinks in the common area seemed a bit odd. I guess that’s to keep time in actual bathroom down.

Pretty standard Starbucks, but they're just incapable of getting the drink correct with regard to hot vs. cold. 4 times in a row I ordered a hot drink and they made it cold. Not sure what the deal is here.

Staff always seem annoyed and every time I ask for light ice they add more ice. Pretty sure they skip adding actual coffee too because my iced coffees always taste like cold milk with added sugar. I try to avoid this location at all costs.

Pumpkin spice latte. Best option for this period of time
Some locations become inconsistent, and I come to Starbucks for consistency. I get the same thing all the time, a grande mocha. Recently it tasted bad enough that I wouldn't drink it. Also there were no saracha packets with my burrito. 😫 I do have to say I really like the renovations and it feels more open and airy. The new chairs outside are nice and I want to sit outside and enjoy them, but the last two times I came away smelling of wet dog. Fortunately the smell washed out of my coat, but who wants to wash their winter coat every time they sit outside the Starbucks. I think the materials the chairs are made of must retain smells. Maybe that's why outdoor chairs are often made of metal for a reason, easier to clean or sanitize. The best advantage of this place is that the App is better than any of the other coffee places IMO. Super easy to use. I try to time it right and my coffee is always ready. So props to staff for getting that right. I don't know why the drink was so bitter and unsweetened, but it was on time. I was running errands and was already away from the location when I discovered the problems.
Kid-friendliness: Not particularly kid friendly. But, they do have food/drink items for kids.
As far as Starbucks goes, this is a great location. Well supplied with tasty sandwiches and pastries. Very clean, comfy seating, and friendly staff. Grabbed a quick breakfast on the way to my apt at El Camino hospital
