This is by far the worst Starbucks in our area and customer service does nothing about it. They use whole or almond milk when you’re not looking, specifically when ordering oat-milk. There is a strong difference especially when someone is allergic to almonds. The customer service here is horrendous, they refused to refund or make the right drink, corporate headquarters refused to comment on almost killing someone, and they said the best they can do is leave feedback and a lawyer would be in touch. Do not go here, go to the one on Rengstorff Ave. they do not disappoint and the A team is on every day, 7 days a week. Plus they won’t try to kill you.

Ordered a cup of decaf. 10 minutes later I was sweating and jittery. Lasted for hours. It was NOT decaffeinated coffee… Location is in a run down strip mall with homeless lurking around. Avoid this location at all cost!

For the most part, service has been excellent! We’ve encountered some of the best baristas here that provide greater than the average Starbucks service! Not everyone is perfect, which is usual of all locations, but this is one of the best!

It’s a Starbucks. Exactly like any other Starbucks.
It was a bust weekday at about 9am so there was a longer wait than normal, but the seasonal drink I ordered was quite good. The table was clean and handy for a nice short conversation with my guest. I will certainly return.

The shift supervisor Jess was not welcoming at all. She came to unlock the door and didn't even open it, just unlocked it and walked away. No good morning or anything. I'd expect more friendliness from a Starbucks partner.
