Slow baristas, bad service and usually chaotic. Order ahead 10 -15 minutes arrive and still waiting if they do not misplace my drink and act like I didn't order. Lazy underwhelming and usually disappointing experience. The wrong Starbucks closed the one on Charleston was outstanding but we are stuck with this. Safeway Starbucks are inconsistent but still much better than this location. This whole store needs to close, retrain or make drastic changes. This spot has to hurt the brand. I removed their app from my phone. Uneven parking is a preview of the service inside. The lot floods when it rains. Watch for the puddles and only come here if you have time to waste or low expectations.

Apparently at this location if you order extra cold foam for your coffee which they charge you. You can't request it on the side. Or ask to BUY a side of extra cold foam. That is when the older lady with glasses is working that has zero customer service and doesn't know how to work the register is there.... I guess she assumes it will come out of her paycheck?? Save yourself the trouble and go to a different Starbucks.

The service was so slooowww. I ordered a chocolate croissant and latte and I waited for at least 15 minutes. And all the drinks were just waiting at the counter with no one calling out names. There’s some operational problem.

Staff that are too busy to bother serving customers, giving the attitude of they really can't be arsed. Food that you'd not feed to a starving dog. Outside tables but almost no chairs to sit on (seven tables and about five chairs in total)...
The only saving grace was the coffee was fine (once the waitress bothered to make it (I had to remind her after waiting for nothing to happen)...
Glad I'm not likely to be a regular at this one!

This Starbucks is my favorite! Never had a bad customer service experience. They go ABOVE and BEYOND to make customers happy. Service with a smile is great but when the smile comes from the heart & is supported by compassion it makes everything better. The staff can help a bad day seem better and great coffee seem amazing.

I walked in offered to pay money for a cup of ice and Syra if im spelling her name right wouldn't sell me a cup of ice for the beverage I bought at the Safeway next door. Most Safeways have a Starbucks inside of them and have no problem offering a cup of ice for any beverage. This Starbucks is directly next door to the Safeway and the Hispanic lady was giving me a hard time about a cup of ice even when I offered money.

Just ordered 2 large Lavender cream oat milk matcha with no ice. Both of them came in paper cups and I didn't get a chance to know that both drinks had ice (half the cups filled with ice) in them even though I specified to not have ice. The drink is done very poorly comparing to other Starbuck branches around the area.
