This Starbucks is my favorite! Never had a bad customer service experience. They go ABOVE and BEYOND to make customers happy. Service with a smile is great but when the smile comes from the heart & is supported by compassion it makes everything better. The staff can help a bad day seem better and great coffee seem amazing.

I walked in offered to pay money for a cup of ice and Syra if im spelling her name right wouldn't sell me a cup of ice for the beverage I bought at the Safeway next door. Most Safeways have a Starbucks inside of them and have no problem offering a cup of ice for any beverage. This Starbucks is directly next door to the Safeway and the Hispanic lady was giving me a hard time about a cup of ice even when I offered money.

Just ordered 2 large Lavender cream oat milk matcha with no ice. Both of them came in paper cups and I didn't get a chance to know that both drinks had ice (half the cups filled with ice) in them even though I specified to not have ice. The drink is done very poorly comparing to other Starbuck branches around the area.

I came here to get coffee grounds for composting. Most Starbucks have these set aside in a basket in the cafe area for people. The coffee grounds can also deter gophers and rodents because of the smell. The baristas were helpful with pointing the grounds basket out.
This Starbucks is very busy because it’s on a main road. The line for the baristas stretches to the door and people looked grumpy…maybe it was just morning time and everyone needed their caffeine fix? The tables looked quite full. Once you talk to the people, they are nice. Overall there’s a friendly vibe in a residential area.
3 stars is decent - There’s nothing wrong - it’s ok. It’s a good thing to have a line and crowded - it means that people want your product. 1-2 stars is some issue…5 stars is hard to get and depends on the reviewer’s personal taste as well. No worries! ☺️ Keep doing what you are doing! Starbucks is making big bucks and even composting! 🌟

Been here three times, each time have had to wait a considerable amount of time. One time, I had to ask for a refund because after waiting for 20 mins, I was going to be late to my appointment. Today, same thing, I didn’t want to be rude but had to check in and got a “I’m the only person out here” when I also was the only one still waiting. Drink got slammed down on the counter, but barista whose name starts with an Alwa.. couldn’t see the full name tag. Attitude and rudeness not necessary and I totally get being only person out there, so maybe should increase staffing since this is a consistent issue, just a thought. This same barista was also texting on her phone between making orders. Pretty sure that’s not supposed to be happening, but they should check the cameras. 12/15/24 around 3:15 pm. Won’t be back. Don’t need to be treated this way!

I frequently visit this store during lunch hours, and the staff's kindness always brightens my day. The friendly atmosphere makes my lunch break even more enjoyable. Although there are occasional delays in order preparation, I understand that it's due to the high volume of customers during peak hours. Overall, I highly recommend this store for its friendly service and delicious food.
