The girl who claimed herself the store manager on 1/14/2024 5pm is very rude! She kept talking with her friends, and forgot my order for the food, while the other staff are busy with serving the clients.It is recommended that this store manger needs to be replace to save the Starbucks’ reputation.

We have been getting drinks from this location for awhile now, and lately when we order our venti, we received drinks almost quarter missing, I don't ask for foam, and there's no foam filling up the empty space, just a grande in the venti cup. And the Cheese Danish I ordered had coffee grounds all over it, that I at first thought it was just burned crumbs.Don't come to this store and get your money scammed. Check your drinks, and food before walking away, because they're not paying attention to what they do.

Barista wearing sweats and a gray shirt on thanks giving was rude. We ordered an ice drink and when it came hot, we asked for a cup of ice to be easy. She then told us to order it at the register with a tone.
I'm tired of having to ask for sugar from behind the counter. Dear California, you are costing businesses more money by wasting the barista's time. And wasting my time.

Ordered my usual English Breakfast Tea which cost $3.65, usually have the batista add a splash of milk and two Splendas. Today's special price $5.65 when I told the Batista I always pay $3.65 she said I thought you wanted a latte, terrible attitude from the staff working there today ($2.00 extra for a splash of steamed milk) Will not be returning here again anytime soon. I can see why they get a 3 star rating on Yelp, I am been generous giving this place 2 stars
