Stopped by for a hot cup of joe to go since it will be a long day today. Stayed nearby hotel and walked over, very nice and cute store with a patio seating outside and inside. Nice & friendly staff. Easy order and fast turnaround. Plenty of parking right in-front or the lot surrounding. Nice and clean shop with bright from ceiling to floor glass window.

I have had to throw away so many absolutely inedible drinks made by this store - it's crazy. I just had to throw away anither one and I'm so disappointed. Not only are the drinks horrible, but there's no good place to sit and have a conversation - everyone inside is on laptops, working... a glorified office cubicle. Terrible.

Great service, got the chance to go before my workout and met this barista called Steven, such a wonderful soul to talk to, always smiling, always happy and very friendly, hes my favorite barista ever since I met him as it's always nice to see him in the mornings!!

If Starbucks really stands for inclusion, this location missed the memo. I don’t need special treatment. I just wanted basic dignity. What I got instead was silence and side-eyes.
Y’all need serious training on implicit bias and customer presence. Won’t be returning.
1 star for food only. The store is clean and service was fine. I ordered a venti coffee frap and got something which was not close to either coffee or frap. Very sad. A few months ago, I got the worst matcha green tea frap of my life from this location as well. I think it’s fair to say that you should stay away if you wanna order fraps.

Stopped by on my way back from Trader’s Joe nearby. Always find it slow in service considering the fact that they have at least 3 staff (today, 4 visible with less than 10 customers in the store). Today, ordered a drink and the staff at the counter didn’t know whether the drink is on the menu. In general, I recommend the others visiting other Starbucks branch with more efficient and friendly staff unless they are shopping in the San Antonio Center and need a break nearby.
