The store closes sooner than what is the store timing. I went there at 5:53 and the store was closed and the employee inside looked at me and didn’t bother opening the store to take the order. I went to get something for my daughter, and she was very disappointed.

Today I went with my pup to go check out the newly remodeled Shoreline in Pear Starbucks. I got a super yummy iced Chestnut praline latte with a blueberry muffin. Of course a pup cup for the pup. The service was amazing very fast. The lighting is very welcoming. It's warm. They have beautiful new tiles. A whole new set up. It is beautiful in there. You should come down and take a peek.

This Starbucks is not friendly. Has screwed up my order and the smiles goes away as soon as walk in in uniform. Not military friendly. next time don’t forget my cheese danish and oat milk. I think Starbucks in California intentionally despises the military. Your personal feelings should not reflect the way you conduct business, I’m a customer like everyone else.
Drinks were great but overall the experience left a sour taste in my mouth. The woman who took my order was clearly disinterested and just waiting for them to close at 7pm even though I came in at 6:20pm. There were about 5 people behind the counter standing around talking, on their phones and or just eating food, while one would break off to make a drink and another to take an order. They made no attempt to connect to my husband and I and it was an awkward environment while they all seemed to just be killing time before the close... The worst part was using the restroom. As they are all standing around the bathroom was DISGUSTING. There was dust collected on every surface area to the point that it was even on the sink! I felt disgusted and had to wash my hands next door as well just to feel clean.

Ombre blonde short girl making most of the main drinks this morning commented "looking at me isn't going to make me faster." 20 mins after placing my drink order that hadn't came out yet & I haven't said anything to her to complain. Just watching for my drink. I was late to work and definitely didnt need her comment that early in the morning as she made me late for ignoring my simple drink.

Great workers who look like they deserve better! One of their higher ups keeps nagging them and they look very miserable when working with him. I’m usually a regular here and when he is not there they look so energetic and happy! But when he comes around he makes them feel terrible and not wanting to work there. I believe he goes by run, management needs to fix this!

Pretty standard offerings at this Starbucks, nothing that really stands out. The iced mocha was made well, with extra mocha. The banana nut bread and lemon loaf were good, again nothing special, but satisfying for a quick snack. The barista was loud and clear (literally), with less friendliness in his tone, but definitely volume. But hey, we got our order quickly and it was accurate, and we were instructed on where to find what we needed, ie. lids, restroom, etc. so I guess that's what matters most.The seating is minimal inside compared to other locations, but at least they offer additional outdoor seating. And there's a parking lot in the plaza, though it seems a bit small, with some spaces designated for other businesses who share the lot.
