My family loves Subway sandwiches! The staff is friendly and polite. Parking can be iffy at lunchtime, when you go a little early or a little late, you're okay.
I don't go to Subway much, but I had a coupon to try out. Although the food was good, the customer service left a lot to be desired. The restaurant was empty when finally placed my order after some confusion with the available sandwiches on the coupon. The man who took my order became very impatient with me, as if he had better things to do in an empty restaurant. This is my second experience with Subway rudeness to a customer, and for this very reason, I'll be going to Togos if I want a sandwich.

Had someone hack my account and use my gift cards to pay for their meal when I live .across the country. Tried to call them to straighten it out and got hung up on twice followed by them refusing to answer the phone for the next 30 minutes. Terrible people work here apparently. Didn't even bother to say hi or ask why I was even calling.
