My family loves Subway sandwiches! The staff is friendly and polite. Parking can be iffy at lunchtime, when you go a little early or a little late, you're okay.

I don't go to Subway much, but I had a coupon to try out. Although the food was good, the customer service left a lot to be desired. The restaurant was empty when finally placed my order after some confusion with the available sandwiches on the coupon. The man who took my order became very impatient with me, as if he had better things to do in an empty restaurant. This is my second experience with Subway rudeness to a customer, and for this very reason, I'll be going to Togos if I want a sandwich.

I have grown up on Subway and they still manage to service it up even with all that competition out there. I think of all places I'll continue going to Subway most.

Had someone hack my account and use my gift cards to pay for their meal when I live .across the country. Tried to call them to straighten it out and got hung up on twice followed by them refusing to answer the phone for the next 30 minutes. Terrible people work here apparently. Didn't even bother to say hi or ask why I was even calling.

I always get veggies toasted with the meat so I asked for the spinach to be toasted with the onions and peppers but she said they can't toast spinach and lettuce. I didn't really mind that. It was when she got the sub out of the toaster she added the smallest amount of spinach (like 6 leaves). So I ask for extra spinach and she literally yelled at me about "the formula" Sandwich wasn't even fully toasted my chicken was still cold.Sub was ok, her attitude not so much.

I don know what the hell they did to my bread but they over toasted it so much to the point that the texture feels like it's been microwaved for 5 minutes. It's inedible and I had to swap out the bread it came with with bread I had at home.I will not be back.

Horrible experience when using app to order. I order twice by app at this store. The first time they put onion when I choose not add onion; second time they put chicken when I ordered steak.

I didn't get the ladies name but she was great. She made two foot long sandwiches. Quick and made it look easy. The teriyaki beef sandwich need a little stronger teriyaki flavor. Otherwise the sandwiches were great

The place is small but The staff is awesome and friendly ? and they truly understand directions my sandwich was perfect all the way through normally when I say heavy the get it wrong at other locations but they got it perfectly. Thanks ??
