I parked in their handicap parking spot and as I was backing out, their unlocked, unpermitted, heavy metal trash area gate opened and hit my car. They refused to take responsibility and refused to even tell me their first name. They told me it was my problem, there was nothing they could do about it because the whole building used it. If this is a known problem, fix it so that other people do not keep having this expensive reoccurring issue. Either, consistently lock the gate OR remove the unpermitted garbage structure. AND do the right thing and pay for my car repair.
Their sandwiches are edible, but it would be very difficult for me to go back to this location.

Do you know how to spell awful? then come to this location and find out🤮🤢Awful customer service, the lady was not allowing me to speak and gave me attitude for no apparent reason. Date: 12/22/25 @3pm, I like subway but NOT COMING TO THIS STORE. I know this always a very bad apple in any business!!!

Do not go to this subway location. Most unprofessional experience I have had with a company. I placed an order through the subway app that included a promotion for a free sub. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived I was told this location doesn’t honor promotions. I showed the staff that the subway app told me they were making my order. The staff wouldn’t resolve the issues, wouldn’t provide me info to contact the manager or owner. A total waste of 30 minutes of my time. Not how companies should do business.

Today, sunday i been waiting for 25 min for someone to take my order and the laddy is been cooking bread , 4 customera walk away! Because they dont want to wait..also the other laddy who supost o start at 12 pm arrive late … this places socks….!! If is amanager who cares please look at the cameras between 11:40 and 12:16

I had a disappointing experience at this Subway. The subs were not made properly—there was barely any sauce, and it wasn’t spread evenly like it usually is. Before ordering, I specifically asked about the combo and was told I could proceed. But during billing, I was charged separately for the drink. When I asked about it, I was told the order wasn’t considered a combo after all. This lack of clarity and care made the visit frustrating.

They kept declining my online order because they did not want to honor the advertise special. The order would go through and when they receive it they would straight void or cancel it. Contacting corporate & making it my business to report them bad business practice . Don’t be a participating location if you aren’t going to honor it

The food was fine for a Subway. But the staff was racist and made my fiancée and I uncomfortable. This was the worst treatment I have experienced at a fast food/restaurant. I won't go into any details, but I recommend staying away from this location.

Ordered the buy one get one free on the app. I had a BLT, asked for extra bacon, paid for that but when I got the sandwich home there was hardly any bacon on it. The other sandwich was the number 20 also with lots of extras but that one also had almost nothing on it and was as light as the BLT. Places need to stop hiring the token minority and get people that will actually pay attention to what they're doing, either they can't read or they're doing it on purpose (and relax I'm also a minority) Will never go back to this dump

I come in here at night. The two girls who work here-their service is extremely poor. When I ask for a ham or turkey sub- they are to lazy to open the meat up and spread it out on 1/2 of the bread. They just dump it on the sandwich in a big blob. Horrible service!!

I didn’t quite catch her name but the person who made my sandwich she kept skimping with it, I asked for banana peppers and she only gave me 2 when I asked her extra she gave me a dirty look and only gave me one extra

Placed an order via the app. The app offered me a buy one get one free offer. Placed my order and paid. Drove to the restaurant. The restaurant decided to cancel my order without telling me as they don't accept promotion offers, even ones I didn't ask for, but the app offered.
