Ordered the buy one get one free on the app. I had a BLT, asked for extra bacon, paid for that but when I got the sandwich home there was hardly any bacon on it. The other sandwich was the number 20 also with lots of extras but that one also had almost nothing on it and was as light as the BLT. Places need to stop hiring the token minority and get people that will actually pay attention to what they're doing, either they can't read or they're doing it on purpose (and relax I'm also a minority) Will never go back to this dump

They didn’t tell me until I was about to purchase my food that they did not accept their own coupons. Felt very rude.

I come in here at night. The two girls who work here-their service is extremely poor. When I ask for a ham or turkey sub- they are to lazy to open the meat up and spread it out on 1/2 of the bread. They just dump it on the sandwich in a big blob. Horrible service!!

I didn’t quite catch her name but the person who made my sandwich she kept skimping with it, I asked for banana peppers and she only gave me 2 when I asked her extra she gave me a dirty look and only gave me one extra

Placed an order via the app. The app offered me a buy one get one free offer. Placed my order and paid. Drove to the restaurant. The restaurant decided to cancel my order without telling me as they don't accept promotion offers, even ones I didn't ask for, but the app offered.

I ordered a protein bowl through the Subway app, and the experience at the store was absolutely unacceptable. When I walked in to pick up my order and tried to confirm it, the employee rudely snapped at me, telling me not to instruct him and that he would follow the order himself. His attitude was completely uncalled for.

On top of that, he refused to add extra vegetables when I politely asked and then completely forgot the double meat I had paid for. When I reminded him, he complained that the bowl was too full! This is beyond frustrating – I can’t believe this is the level of service Subway is providing. Extremely disappointed and angry about how I was treated.

The restaurant said it was not included in the Bogo discount. I can accept that but why do I have to deal with the refund process? Also, if franchise owners are rejecting orders on their own initiative, why do you have a mobile app? This is not behavior befitting a professional brand. I wasted my points. You wasted my time. I will also write a Google review for this location.

People working here are incompetent. They pretend they do not understand what I was ordering. They charged extra for the items that came in as a part of combo. The cashier could not explain to us why we were charged extra. Nor he refunded us for the items we did not want. The guy at the counter kept saying it is the system that charged you and I cannot do anything. Always bad experience at the location. Sometimes lurking homeless people make it uncomfortable to get in the store. Sometimes the staff at the restaurant behaves fishy. This place does not deserve any stars. I cannot believe two men cannot even make and sell one sandwich fairly and smoothly. Staff members need some serious training before assisting public in restaurants.

My experience is very poor customer service the bread was old and stale to begin with in a give me a footlong Supreme sandwich on Stout bread they don't care about their customers they only care about how much money is coming in the door
