Enjoyed the omakase and sake pairing. Fish was fresh and well prepared. There were a couple of pieces, e.g. hirame, I wasn't crazy about because they were chewy but that's a personal preference. Service was fantastic, super efficient. Highly recommend!
My husband and I have been to Sushi Jin a couple of times and consider it to be the best sushi we've ever had. You can tell there is care put into each piece of nigiri to bring out incredible flavor profiles. Our servers have always been kind, attentive and knowledgeable. Our favorite nigiri this time was the O'toro but the kegani was a close second. Thank you as always to the Sushi Jin team for an amazing experience. We will definitely be back soon!
This is a very small restaurant and there is no where to wait inside if you arrive before your reservation. Also there is no bar and the alcohol is limited to sake and a couple of white options. No cocktails. The restaurant is kept quite cold. I think it emanates from the kitchen to keep all the raw fish cold. My boyfriend and I both wore our jackets through dinner.
