Sushirrito at Local Kitchens

Absolutely horrible experience. Got there, wasn’t greeted or anything, it seems like the workers didn’t care at all. All I had was a machine where I had to order the food myself. I had sushirrito before from a different spot but this isn’t original at all. It seems like it’s a third party doing it and they absolutely suck. The ingredients weren’t fresh and it was poorly made. In addition right after I ate it believe I had food poisoning and was stuck in the toilet for a while. DEFINITELY NOT the experience I was looking forward to as I was driving for over 6 hours to come to NorCal to see a friend and excited to have sushirrito nearby again. Will be complaining to corporate and asking for a refund. Absolutely unacceptable.

Edit: they said that they would email me back and solve the issue. I sent an email 2 days ago and absolutely no response.

Edit 2: this is the customer service I get. Literally 0 response, no refund, no credits, absolutely nothing. Is this how much you care about your customers? Disgusting. I’d never do business with you guys ever again. And if anyone else is wondering, pls don’t. They give you food poisoning, won’t reply to the emails and ignore you.

Unfortunately this is not very good, it's an okay quick lunch but not too flavorful. Hopefully it was fresh. And the boba tea in the same place was not good at all, and very sweet. But very quick, efficient and friendly service!

The food was good, but they use aluminum foil to wrap it. I found several tiny shiny pieces sticking to the rice, probably best to ask them not to cut the sushirito in the middle.

The first time ordering from this place and I was extremely disappointed ? the food was not good had no flavor or extra sauce on the side like I asked and paid for. I woke up feeling ill ? please save you’re money and order from a different place ??

I was excited to try this place but after the first few bites into the salmon I pulled out a disgusting long white parasite. I lost my appetite and threw away the rest. I don’t know if this is safe to eat

This should be the canonical size of a sushi.
