I don’t usually write bad reviews of places but felt the need here. The last three times I’ve ordered through the app at this location, I’ve received portion sizes half a bowl full. I know they can do better because I regularly order Sweetgreen outpost at work (which either comes from this location or the Palo Alto one), and those are always filled to the brim. Those are an actual meal; what I get here feels like an appetizer.
This particular instance the bowl was also a soggy salty mess, I asked for medium dressing which is my usual order but this time it was a heavier dosage with much less food than usual to absorb it.
I’ll likely start staying away from this location. Maybe you need to order in-person and stare at them making your food to get a full bowl…
This place is not that busy. When I’m dining in I can always get a table, and it’s fairly clean.

No one greets when you’re at the counter, they just throw food up and don’t even acknowledge you.
You spend $40.00 and you get this.. especially for a meal that is listed with protein amounts. There is no way this is meeting the macros advertised on the website.
This is horrible and I completely regret coming here. They stick stickers all over it so you don’t see it until you open the lid. Do yourself the favor and go somewhere else. They seriously will play in your face with these portions.

Sweetgreen makes the best salads in town. The composition of their preset bowls is consistently balanced and tasty. I get the Harvest Bowl almost every time, with a few modifications - it's just so good. I do recommend the blackened chicken over the roasted chicken as it has more flavor, and at least medium on the dressing (or combine two light dressings) - it can be too dry otherwise. I find Sweetgreen to be reasonably consistent across their Bay Area locations. Ordering on the app is intuitive and reliable and allows you to take as much time as you want to craft your perfect custom bowl without waiting in line. I only come to this location for Sunday lunch so busyness is not a problem at that time.

The food is great since overall sweet greens food is good. However we also choose it for it's convenience. Not with this branch though. My pickup time with doordash was 50% higher than expected. Also there was no fork or napkins in the bag and the bag was not sealed 😞

Amazingly organic! A living moth crawled out of my bowl. ( I guess what it calls home?) I wonder how this store passed food safety check. Never going back and recommend everyone who ordered food check what’s inside before eating to avoid getting that extra protein supplement.

I have eaten here and ordered the Shroomami numerous times. The order that i received today what horrible quality. There were barely any mushrooms, no basil and the chicken added was fatty and gross. But the worst part is there is no way to contact customer support to get the food replaced. There answering machine is a stonewall and no way to contact anyone. I am furious that i wasted my money and have no avenues. No wonder this company's stock is doing horrible. Its customer service is the worst i have ever experienced. I will never buy food from this scam again.

Even my 6yo loves this place! Love the choices and flexibility!
Giving them a 5 star for remaining kind and patient with people during a super rush hour. I placed an online order it did take long, however they were still nice and I can definitely understand that they’re understaffed and rushing. They’re overwhelmed and stressed. I hope they can get more staff so none of them aren’t slammed. I don’t recommend ordering for lunch lol it may take a while. Better to go in and order even if it looks very busy.

First time here and the person behind the counter walked me though the whole process. She explained what my options and substitutions were, and did not make me feel rushed, so the process was easy and the salad was amazing!
