I was very disappointed by the service. I am not familiar with this salad bar and had no explanation on type of bowls or plates, ingredients, and dressings. They were very stressful and you are better to choose your ingredients quickly. Finally I get a 16$ salad that I didn't like because I had no help and didn't know what to choose...Also there is exterior tables but no chairs.

Yesterday was my first time visiting the Mt. View location and I was disappointed with the service. No one greets or acknowledges your presence when walking in. They simply continue to work on on-line orders and don't even bother to address you. I specifically asked for my salad dressing on the side and when I got home, there was no dressing and they also forgot to include the goat cheese that comes with the harvest bowl. I also wasn't asked if I wanted to include the slice of bread, so I had to request it.

Quite a few options for the salad. But adding more than four options can quickly increase the price of the salad. The protein for vegetarian is tofu which wasn't super tasty. I wish they had a few more options. Salad dressings are good.Vegetarian options: Can build your own salad as vegetarian or vegan though protein options are a bit limited.

Salads are my favorite dish. And of all the places I’ve ate salads or Buddhabowls Sweetgreen is the best.Even if you get the gnarliest, most healthy raw, vegan option it tastes amazing.I definitely suggest sticking to their menu rather than free styling since the dishes are so thoughtfully combined. And this is a chain - the staff doesn’t always know how to create an amazing dish if you ask for advice.Eating in is fine for lunch, but such a wonderful and beautiful salad deserves to be eaten somewhere delightful. I wish sweet greens restaurants were as wonderful as their food.Dietary restrictions: Lots of options and easy to tailor whatever your dietary needs.

I’ve always been a sweet greens fan. I eat SG every week. But Mountain View location just tastes different(in a bad way), feel something is missing, and the portions are very small compared to other locations.

First timer. Salad lover so high expectations. Happy that I was able to order half salad/ half grain. I went with kale and herbed quinoa. ( extra star already for the added herbs to quinoa)-good detail! Watching calories- so thank you for listing them at my face level. ( hard to ignore) my salad server/mixer assisted with recommendations. Fresh options ! Loved the pickled purple onion ( so much flavor). Always afraid my picks won't go together savory/sweet, but in a salad, apparently all goes ! I added miso salmon ( extra) and cilantro lime vinaigrette. Wow! Loved it ! Fast service. I must have came before the lunch rush! Will order on the APP next time. Portions were nice and plentiful. Everything is measured. Decor was clean and ambiance was on point. Lounge music on the background. Lots of traffic for online orders. I also added goat cheese. Complimentary slice of bread. Delicious. ( I am also a bread snob) Will definitely be back!!I will need to order less extras so I can meet my budget. But it was worth the price compared to other offerings in Castro !

Nothing too exciting about the salads here- it's healthy and bland and you are limited to 4 toppings before they tack on extra fees. Proteins are also all extra.Interior and aesthetic are nice but I found the weekday lunch rush to be a bit much. I would definitely online order well in advance and then give it a 15 minute buffer on top of the estimated pickup time.Stop by if you're looking for something healthy though!

The salad is delicious but this is the worst Sweetgreen location because the portions are so tiny. My container of salad was literally half full. At other locations and in years past they would fill it all the way up, but apparently not anymore. Maybe I just got a bad one but in that case they still deserve a bad rating for poor consistency.

First time ordering a salad from this sweetgreen & was so excited since I frequently ordered from them when I lived in NY. I ordered for pick up and the salads were definitely made without any care. $32 for two salads is not cheap but was usually worth it. Unfortunately,we will not be patronizing this location again.

Located in Downtown Mountain View, parking is plentiful. Seating is ample and the interior is spacious. The art on the wall was very cool. Harvest Bowl (4/5): quite delicious. The flavor was good but it got soggy at the end. The bread was also a bit hard. I really liked chicken and goat cheese though. They went together perfectly.Tap to pay is accepted. If you're looking for soft drinks sorry to burst your bubble but they only have water. Overall, Sweetgreen is a good place if you're looking to feel healthy and pick up a hearty salad.
