I’m a DoorDash driver, and I occasionally eat here. The old and grumpy man working there treated me with complete disregard just because I’m a DoorDash driver. Being a driver doesn’t mean we can’t be your customers. If you don’t like your job, you shouldn’t take it out on others. No one deserves to deal with your bad energy. I hope the owner of this place takes my comment seriously. That man is betraying his job. Nobody is superior to anyone else. It’s time to let go of that mindset.

This review is for who our receipt shows as our cashier, Yasmin S. Who worked 11-12PM shift 08/09/2025. I’ve never experienced such rude, dismissive behavior from a fast food drive through in 30+ years. Not only did she get my order wrong on multiple simple, standard items, but when asked to correct it, she impolitely refused. Her tone, demeanor, facial reactions were of disgust and contempt for customers. If I were the owner of this Taco Bell establishment, or even Taco Bell corporate, I wouldn’t want someone like that tarnishing customer experiences. 0/5 for Yasmin S at Taco Bell North Shoreline location.

One big disappointment! The amount of food, you understood, was just enough to cover the bottom of the plates!!!! If you order to go, check the amount of food in the plate before you leave!!!

Those this place have any management? I can never get in contact with the manager! I’ve called multiple of time and the phone never gets picked up!!!!!

Very limited veg options and their veg bean burrito is the worst. I got it for my friend who is visiting from London and they said it was one of the worst they ever had. Not sure why taco bell doesn't have great vegetarian options compared to countries outside US.
