While the convenience of having a fast-food option within the store is appreciated, the overall quality of service left much to be desired. The staff appeared to be in need of better training, as they seemed unsure of the menu items and struggled to efficiently manage the orders. This led to longer wait times and some confusion in getting the correct orders.

This particular taco bell has bad service. I ordered on the app, and went to the store to pick up my order. The pick up area is not clearly marked as it is separate from the cashier area. Furthermore, when I approached the pick up counter, my order was not there. The app said the order was ready, but it was not. Perhaps they are misrepresenting their order ready time.Food is decent for the price, but beware of the costly add-ons. We got the $1 Cheesy Rollup and we got the $2 burritos on other occasions.
Very tasty and well made Crunch wrap. My friends also liked their burrito(was small but that’s up to corporate), and chalupa cravings box. The service was also great and both the girl working in the front who took our order and other woman who told us to pick up our food were polite and patient. Also they were able to replace my meat in my crunch wrap with black beans due to my dietary restrictions. Would return for crunch wrap.
Vegetarian options: Allows meat substitutions
Kid-friendliness: Many foods that kids like.
Parking: Same parking as Walmart and the whole San Antonio center

Usually when you go to any fast food place, it's like 3 stars - food is fine, in and out.But then you go to one where it's bad enough that you actually have to write a review about it? Staff have no training on how to talk to people. All you gotta do is look up from your phone and ask "Hi, how can I help you?" or even an acknowledgement. It's very basic and first level stuff.And of course it's at a Walmart.

Worst tacobell in the Bay Area. People are very unfriendly. Very unsanitory. Cheap workers when asked for napkins and utensils. Feont worker lady almost every day on her cell phone. I have been to so many tacobell locations and they are comparitively the best to this.

Had the worst possible experience here.I ordered for a pickup at this location for a veggie quesoburrito and they gave me BEEF instead. I am a lifelong vegetarian, and I bit into the burrito thinking it was veggie (since you can’t see the filling) and realized it was beef while it was in my mouth. I went back in and tried to get my money back but was refused. They offered to make the veggie option instead but there’s no way I’m trusting this place after that experience. The manager on hand, Juan, refused to even give me his last name for when I call up the customer service number.Suffice it to say I’m never going here, or any other Taco Bell again.
