2 stars because While their food is perfectly acceptable, it's not something you can't get somewhere else. And I really gave it such a low rating because their customer service is terrible. I drove to their location off Rengstorff only to find it closed when their yelp page said it was open. Yes they have signs outside that say you can place an order through their app? I know this is silicon valley but it's stupid to require an app to order instead of, for example calling it in, which isn't an option by the way because the number is disconnected. It just makes me wonder if they are this lazy and lacking in customer service, what else are they being lazy with? The preparation of the food?

I visited the truck on Stevens Creek, right off the freeway. Not that great tasting. Food is overpriced. Also, last time, I ordered 2 tacos and noticed the price was higher on the receipt than what was posted on the outside menu. When l told the young kid that I was charged incorrectly, he said oh that's our new prices. Yeah right. Can you say illegal? Won't go back. I drive by these trucks all the time to go to other Mexican places and trucks.

First of the customer service from the young woman at 1215pm on July 16th was absolutely amazing I wish I caught her name because I always appreciate workers like her. Next the burrito was so delicious. The cook did a wonderful job and I can't wait to come back!

The quality of meat was extremely poor. Once our burritos fell apart and we closely assessed the meat there was huge pieces of fat that were inedible. The chips are not made in-house and taste like whole wheat Doritos. Eww.

Gave this place a try for the first time big mistake. First of all I ordered a burrito that clearly says $10.30 and the lady at the counter rings me up for a $16.00 burrito. I mention that and she gives me this nasty look like I did something wrong. My friend orders the same exact thing and his order was cheaper then mine which makes no sense! That was not all once the food came out I had aluminum foil in my burrito along with some extra dry crispy rice. I took a few bites and literally had to put it down. Clearly I will not be returning but if you are going to charge someone 20 dollars plus tip for a burrito and a soda please try and make it Edible. Don't think it's that hard to make a burrito that actually tastes good.

Horrible service. Went in and the food was okay, don't get me wrong. The prices are what will kill you. There was only 3 of us and our order surpassed $100!!!!! Howwww. Anyway, I decided what the heck, fine. We were given some of our order and was waiting for the other items to arrive, however they were just sitting down near the back drinking a Michelada. First off, drinking alcohol on the job? That is not professional whatsoever. We were the only ones in the restaurant and they could not manage to complete my order! It is BAFFLING. When I asked for the remainder of my food they had the audacity to tell me that it doesn't come with my order even-though the menu states otherwise! My main concern was how many times I had to get up and ask for the side of beans or the side of rice that the food comes with. That and the drinking on the job so open and so shamelessly. Like I said, the food is okay, but DONT waste your money with this place and service.

So I ordered a burrito online for take out at 6pm. I ordered and paid through their app. There is even a sign outside that says you can order and pay through their app. When I went inside, they said that you cant order or pay with the app and said I needed to pay again if I wanted the burrito, and that I also couldn't get a refund because they had no proof of my order? I opened up their app to show them my order, but they said no. I ended up having to open up my bank account

Absolutely dis organized store! I ordered the food at 11:50am and uber eats estimate the pick up time is 12:28pm. I arrived early at 12:20pm, the order is not ready. It’s understandable. But there were 5 customers came in behind me and ordered food. They all got their food before me! And Uber eats remind me the food is ready for pick up @ 12:28pm but the restaurant didn’t even started to prepare my order! That’s not acceptable. I have two kids 4 years old and 1 years old waiting in car with grandparents for this order for half hour! Will never will order food from this store again !!! Btw, the lady in the cashier is rude and cold face all the time! The chips is from pre purchase bag. The tortilla is from pre purchased bag as well instead of fresh made!

They have Lamb meat as well that is only available on Weekends. Lamb tacos as well. They don't have that on the website.

Ordered with a work order.... so maybe it’s different at the restaurant. The chips are cheap nacho chips that are over fried and obviously just come from a big bag. Granted, errryone does that, but these are the bottom of the barrel. The quesadilla was also pretty meh. Kind of soggy, and wrapped in tinfoil and a plate it started greasing itself through. :/
