Tandoori Junction is a cozy, clean restaurant with a great vibe and good service. The menu has all the favorites, though it may feel limited compared to other places. The food is authentic, full of flavor, and very tasty. Dishes are flavorfully spiced with generous portions and good value. The butter chicken is a star, and the palak chicken, samosa chaat, soya chaap, chicken tikka, lamb curry, chicken tikka masala, goat curry, dal makhani, and chicken biryani are all recommended. The garlic naan is fresh, hot, fluffy, and cooked to perfection for dipping. The rice is prepared well and there is a tasty rice dessert. The homemade pickle served on the side is a game-changer. For spice levels, mild is plenty for some, while medium offers a pleasant kick and good heat. The restaurant has fairly limited indoor seating with additional tables outdoors and in a back room. It is located at the corner of Dana and Hope streets with nearby parking. The food sometimes takes a while to come out, and it can be noisy near the kitchen. This is a definite favorite and regular spot for many, a local gem that is repeatable and sure to return to.
