Ordering was not working with machines, woman could not manually take order. Had to pay cash and she had to screenshot our order on her phone. Boba teas themselves are actually good, but everything else about the experience was a mess.

Such a bad service for a really cute place, trying for the first time after picking up from a business next door we decided to try on 3/24 around 4 pm. I waited over an hour for a boba that I ordered at the kiosk, the lady behind the counter was rude and she was mad, once she saw my order she told me that the drink I ordered was not correct and I was like I ordered on the kiosk with no problem, she was attending other customers and after 30 min she was like here is your money I cant make your drink and I was like I'm missing money the she throw me the money and some of it fell off the counter to the floor, I had my kid with me so I decided not to argued but I wasn't leaving with out my money. This is a such a bad experience will not go back or ever recommend this place, we have so many options around the area to get a drink the best is Zero. My order was under mi kid name Daniel.

Ordered some snacks and drinks via doordash. I got a sandwich and some popcorn chicken. The sandwhich was delicious, the meat was nicely marinated, and the veggies were delicious. I do think the Jalapeños could be cut into smaller sizes. The popcorn chicken was solid, might need to he specific about dipping sauces thou. The drinks felt on the sweeter side. I got a milk tea with 25% sweet, and it still felt too sweet for my taste. Still do enjoy the place thou.

We were in the area and decided to grab a drink and a bite. Boy, was our timing not good. It was relatively quiet when we arrived and only half full maybe. Saturday afternoon... it was interesting that they have two different kiosks that you can self order but the menu on the wall doesn't exactly match either. Should have been my first flag. So we order and grab an open table and slowly you notice a bunch of people come in. The line forms and it seems they just came from a youth sports event. It takes them a long time to all order and then there's a big crowd waiting. As we patiently wait, it gets chaotic when we notice orders don't come out as they went in. My husband tries to talk to one of the staff but it's so difficult with all the people also trying to be helped. After a few more orders go to people who were after us, he finally talks to someone and they give him a banh mi but they don't have any of the baos available. They try to ask if we want a sub but again it's chaotic already so we ask for that to be refunded. Still waiting for our drink which should have been the easier lift, they somehow didn't have that in the queue so had to make it and wait even longer. The food and drink that we did get were average. Pork banh mi and the pink drink which is basically a strawberry smoothie. We could tell they are not set up and were not prepared for that type of volume in a short time. The quality wasn't worth the wait in my opinion and this is again my gripe with businesses transitioning to self ordering. You still need to have staff available to provide customer service when things don't work well. It also bothers me when businesses don't check their POS daily to update the menus. Then we get stuck with poor service because they're out of something they said they offer but there's no communication until after the fact. Sorry, wouldn't go back or recommend.

Boba is not great and they mess up your requests for sweetness level or ice level. But their food is more satisfying. Had their version of banh mi Which was good.and their popcorn chicken too. I would go more for the snacks food than for the

Always my go to place for boba and quick snacks. Every time I try a new food here I’m always pleasantly surprised. My fav drink is Jasmine milk tea (sooo creamy) and honeydew milk

Drinks are delicious but SO expensive! And the food is so ridiculously priced, I can't bring myself to try it. $12 for popcorn chicken (no rice/sides) and $16.50 for a vermicelli bowl or pho. Absolute highway robbery prices.

It was nice to find another place where you can eat and have boba. They have a variety of food, mostly asian. They also have good number of tables for dine in. The ambiance is relaxed and the place is neat. It was a cold day when I went a few weeks ago so I just tried their hot oolong tea and it was okay. The spring roll was decent and filling, also good for sharing. The wanton soup is a small serving. Good for one person for a light soup meal or as a side.

The menu on the wall and the kiosk to order are two completely different things. When you try to order what you wanted, it's something completely different and you have to ask them to change it. Even after you ask them to change it, they didn't add toppings for one drink and they didn't make one of the drinks hot. And they don't put stickers on any drink so you can't check whether or not they made it right. Avoid this place

I bought a drink and a snack today. Their ordering machine has a default tip which I wasn't aware of. I was charged almost 30% of tip of my entire purchase amount. Buyer be aware!

Two out of two boba drinks were completely wrong. Wrong ingredients. We were the only people in at the time.
