Teaspoon is located on the ground level of the building so you may end up walking past it unless you look carefully.The house milk tea with boba wasn't anything special and the boba was chewy on the harder side. There are plenty of better options in the area.

WHAT HAPPENED?In my opinion, I usually don’t like ice in my boba. For some reason, THERE IS NO *NO ICE* OPTION! Wth ??!? I said that I would pay extra for no ice, but they still said no. Come on teaspoon. Then, with sadness, I ordered the less ice option, and it seemed a lot. I love the drinks, but the lack of one of my favorite options makes teaspoon loose me as a customer for them. Please fix this. Idk why there is a rule like that.

The Assam milk tea boba had a strong tea flavor and sweetness level was low (a good thing). One issue is that the boba had a hard center like it was under cooked. It could be a one time thing. An annoying aspect here is that there ordering kiosk is really outdated and difficult to use, for example, no contactless payment or Apple Pay, and the ordering flow is awkward as you have to go through multiple screens for each drink.

They don't follow their business hours. Waited 10 minutes outside and the doors were still locked. There were two employees inside, but they refused to acknowledge the customers waiting outside.
