I ordered a brown sugar assam with no boba, and got one with boba. No problem, they made me one without boba. Unfortunately, it tasted like dirty dog water. Threw it out asap.

WHAT HAPPENED?In my opinion, I usually don’t like ice in my boba. For some reason, THERE IS NO *NO ICE* OPTION! Wth ??!? I said that I would pay extra for no ice, but they still said no. Come on teaspoon. Then, with sadness, I ordered the less ice option, and it seemed a lot. I love the drinks, but the lack of one of my favorite options makes teaspoon loose me as a customer for them. Please fix this. Idk why there is a rule like that.

The shop is in MTV downtown, next to a Chinese hot pot shop. House milk tea is rich in tea. Would recommend to come if you want to get milk tea in downtown.

This is my favorite boba chain and my favorite location. My roommate and I love to come here after dinner. The architecture is open and airy and gives a cheerful feeling. Service is always incredible and boba makers are so kind. The pearls are always soft and fresh and the tea is always flavorful and delicious !! The service here is always amazing, whether I order for pick up or in person the staff is always so welcoming. I definitely recommend getting the custom made lemonade and adding honey boba with splashes of mango and passion fruit! Cozy nice shop located in the beginning of Castro street with lots of food options near by.

The Assam milk tea boba had a strong tea flavor and sweetness level was low (a good thing). One issue is that the boba had a hard center like it was under cooked. It could be a one time thing. An annoying aspect here is that there ordering kiosk is really outdated and difficult to use, for example, no contactless payment or Apple Pay, and the ordering flow is awkward as you have to go through multiple screens for each drink.
