I’ve been coming here for the last 4 years (at least). At this point, I’ve tried nearly all sandwiches on the menu and I’ve never been disappointed.

Compared to other places, they actually fill a sandwich with the ingredients. The bread they source is delicious. The sauces are perfect (cilantro lime is my favorite). The staff is exceptionally friendly.

It’s one of the few places in Mountain View that actually feels like you’re part of a community, and that’s special.

This shop makes hearty sandwiches that can satisfy you today, and sometimes the next day with how much sandwich you get.

But, if you have it in your mind that you want “artisanal” or “authentic Italian” where you choose your special cheese and watch them slice your prosciutto, you’d be better suited elsewhere. This isn’t an uppity shop, and it’s all the better for it.

I’ve been ordering sandwiches from them on DoorDash for years and their sandwiches have always been very good. But, today I went in and the staff were so friendly and kind.

Exceptionally delicious Reuben. For a couple of bucks more that fast food joints, I got a really substantial sandwich. Savored every bite. Thanks, Don!

The tuna was from a can it had no flavor and the bread was soggy. My Aunt had a three meat, again soggy. We threw the sandwiches away! They will never see us again!

Wanted to try it on a lunch break from work, but they told me there’s no place to wash my hands. How can a restaurant with tables and chairs legally operate without a bathroom???

The food is good sandwiches are very delicious but CUSTOMER SERVICE horrible the woman is totally RUDE so I am very disappointed bad bad customer service 👎🏼

My boyfriend and I decided to try this place for lunch because we were craving a good Italian style sandwich and this place had good reviews and the menu looked amazing. I ordered the Nola and my boyfriend got the slammer, which came to $40 with chips and drink.. My sandwich was served with a wheat roll instead of the French roll that I was expecting, but the bread was still soft and tasty; however, when I bit into the sandwich, the meat was so hard I couldn't bite into it. I looked inside and the edges of the ham were so hard and crusty it was like biting into a piece of wood, like it was old and stored uncovered for days. I had to remove it from the sandwich because it was inedible. I was shocked he would serve that to someone. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed in the quality and was unable to finish the sandwich. I will not be returning to this place but I hope they improve their operations and the quality of food they are willing to serve their customers.
