Yeah, it's gone. Location is no longer on the corporate website. Not surprised, it had been understaffed and kind of sliding downhill for a few years.

Came here the other day. Website and Yelp say it's open, but apparently there's been a sign outside of the establishment saying "closed for maintenance today" but has been up for the past 3 months. When do you consider a business closed? Took a peek into the restaurant and it looks like furniture has been removed.

Been to Milpitas and other locations but the Mountain view location sandwiches are infinitely tastier. Their buns are crispier (esp. the dutch crunch), the sauces are tastier or applied evenly and in a way that is much more balanced, and last but not least, the sandwiches seem meatier.

No one closes their shop for 2 months with the same sign that says, "closed today for maintenance" unless you're infested with bugs or rodents. Leaving regular customers without info is not good business and I won't be going back even IF they reopen because of that and because they are clearly keeping the reason under wraps.

Love their sandwiches. However when I came May 28 they were unexpectedly "closed for the day" maintenance. Okay, fine, wasted a trip. I came again June 5th and still the same note. No updated times on yelp, no updating sign saying when they'll be open again. I don't appreciate my time being wasted because of their lack of updates.

Awesome place for sandwiches! I always order no less than 8 sandwiches anytime I go into the shop(usually order as a group) Staff is always friendly and helpful, The sauces are great! I've purchased some for when I don't have time to go in. Would definitely recommend.

Delicious and filling at low cost. Customer service is exceptional. Interior setup was nice as well.

Pretty much everything that could go wrong with an order went wrong. The employee was new, sure, but the manager and more experienced worker were right there watching over everything. I thought the deal with the 20 oz drink, like it says on the sign (and jesus, this is place is overwhelming with signs) would have saved me some money, but the 20 oz gatorade is not the 20 oz *fountain* drink they meant, so even when they overwhelm you with information it's somehow incomplete. I get this unnerving feeling like I'm not the only person this has happened to, yet that sign has remained for God knows how long. I just didn't feel like arguing with the manager there, who thought she was doing me a favor by letting me have the gatorade even though I already spent the $5 on the gatorade and tiny bag of chips. I note that amongst the many, many signs there's a warning that prices are rising. And even when I sent it back because it came back with literally no vegetables or sauce, all I got was the overwhelming flavor of raw garlic from their special or secret or whatever sauce, I don't care what it's called at this point. And even though I said wheat roll like three times, it came back on white and still didn't taste like it was made right. Most of the issues ordering could have been solved with a remotely decent ticketing system, which they do not have, at all. At the end of the day, I wondered how they could have been in business this long. I was literally the only person in the store and I cannot fathom at all how they'd be on a busy day. I can understand that a new employee is new, but the problems here run a lot deeper than that, especially when the manager on duty talks to me like I'm the problem. It shouldn't take 3 people to colossally fuck up a sandwich, but they did. All of this was made worse by an overly loud selection of bad music that didn't make any sense whatsoever for an early lunch. The only good thing I can say is that the ingredients are individually good (except for that nasty garlic sauce), but they still can't put them together. Maybe it's worth another shot, but not at this rate.

The bread and meat that I got were good but this is not a $14 sandwich. It's 90% bread and the toppings don't even fill the bread

Friendly staff, tasty sandwiches, nice relaxing country rock playing inside. Great place for lunch.

I have finally found a go-to sandwich joint in South Bay! This unassuming shop is tucked away in a shopping plaza, but trust me it's worth a visit. They make sandwiches the old school way with heaping ingredients, a healthy serving of condiment, and really good pickles. They have a huge menu but it's basically all variations on the same key ingredients - pastrami, roast beef, chicken, various types of cheese, avocado, etc. they also have Dutch crunch rolls which can be hard to find but is seriously one of the best types of sandwich bread out there. They also have great homemade cookies. The ambiance is also fun. The inside is all decked out in Bay Area sports memorabilia, and they play a good selection of old school hip hop. Highly highly recommend!!

Not from this area but I'm soooo glad I picked this spot to try. The inside is clean and the employees were very nice. You wanna know about the food though, right?!? I got the number 12 Arlitos Way had them make it hot. And OMG this sandwich was so dang good. If you want to try a new sandwich spot this is the place to go to. Trust me when I say you will not be disappointed. I instantly looked to see if they had some locations that are closer to me and they do. So it's good to know I can just drive 35 mins instead of an hour and a half for this GOODNESS!!

Came here for a late lunch and it was decently busy despite it being an off hour. We ordered a lancer sandwich on a Dutch crunch roll and the Christina Louise on a sourdough roll. Both were amazing but we probably enjoyed the lancer a little more. The Christina Louise was great but extremely saucey! Service was prompt and courteous! Would definitely come back!

This place is Ike's rival- I'd even say I like their in house signature selection a little more. Their build it yourself is my favorite though- especially their different sauces! Looking forward to going back here
